I’m a doordasher and go in this location quite frequently the girl at the front counter during the day is very rude and has the personality of a rock. I always used to thank her and she would just stand there and look at me never said a word. Yesterday a customer had messaged and asked for extra sauce which I knew they charged for, when I asked her for the sauce she said they charged for it I told her I would pay for it and her response was they couldn’t do it because it was a DoorDash a customer is a customer RIGHT!!! If a DoorDash customer wants extra sauce they should be able to get extra sauce.Get employees that are friendly and makes sure your customers are happy whether it be an in store customer or a DoorDash customer!!!

I just recently stopped by through for dinner. The staff were extremely disrespectful, and the food was hard and cold. The fries were also soggy. 0/10. would not recommend to anyone. I’ve had better food in high school in the cafeteria.

Love Zaxbys chicken, this location always does a good job with fast and pleasant service. Tried the new signature sandwich, it is a good fried chicken, not as flavored as their tenders. Recommend the restaurant, not so much the new “signature” sandwich.

i went in on my lunch break. ordered 2 baskets of toast. watched it sit on the counter and waited for 25 minutes. i walked out without my food that i paid for because not everyone has 30 minutes to sit there and wait for food that sat in front of them for atleast 10 minutes. the lady just starred @ me and then disappeared. if you want service go through the drive through. even then you’ll have to wait 20+ minutes.

I came in here with my son to eat. I was looking for napkins and stood at the counter for a long time waiting to be acknowledged. It never happened. I act to the drink counter and found the napkins and started restocking the dispensers. This worker watched me load 2 of the 3 and then came over and yelled at me to leave it alone. I get that I don’t work here, but someone should. She didn’t even finish what I started, she just put the stuff up and walked away. SMH at least I wanted to make sure the customers had napkins.

Literally go to Zaxby’s once a week. I place an online order at like 8:30 (my bad, thought they closed at 10 not 9) and I get there at exactly 8:58 and my husband goes in to get the food – doors locked. Try to go in the drive thru – closed. I had already paid. We call three times and finally get an answer. Whoever answered the phone told me they threw it out because they had closed and we didn’t show up. My husband tried to be nice and explain that we were here before they closed. He started being rude so I took the phone and asked for a refund. He said “I’ve already closed everything” so I would have to come back tomorrow for a refund. I told him that was unacceptable, as I didn’t get my food or my money back, I ain’t giving zaxbys $20 just because. He started laughing at me and refused to give me any sort of contact or name of who I should ask for tomorrow to get my refund. Extremely disappointed, will never return. I used to work fast food so I know it ain’t that hard to run a debit card transaction after close. Actual tears. I just wanted my loaded fries and I got misogyny. His name was Jonathan.
