Great customer connection at the handoff for the drive-thru window. I ordered a beef and cheddar meal and a six mozzarella stick order. Unfortunately my beef and cheddar was only a beef and bread. I have no cheddar in my beef and cheddar; this is the worst sandwich I’ve had. I’m disappointed. Especially after having a rant about how I like Arby’s. I have suffered public shame for this.

Omg what an awful place to eat at. I’m in here all alone and havent been greeted by one person!!!!!! Then I finally get my food, 25 minutes later and it’s cold. The moral here is terrible. What a horrible environment to eat in. These employees are completr trash!!! No service!! No respect!! They should all be fired!!!!!

I haven’t eaten at Arby’s in years and I was impressed! I was driving around looking for something to eat but did not want a burger. I saw Arby’s, did and I turn and slid up to the drive through. Wow, the variety was just what I was needed. After studying the menu, I ordered the fish sandwich and the cheese steak. Both sandwiches were hot and delicious. I was pleasantly surprised at the freshness and flavor. IMO Arby’s has great menu options when you are looking for something more than just the same ol burger and fries. The menu has a little something for everyone. No , it’s not a five star restaurant but If you haven’t tried Arby’s in awhile, looking to get some fast food but tired of the same old burger joints that’s on every street corner, give them a try.

I will start with the bad; the fried options of our meal, fries, moz sticks and poppers were soggy oil filled mess. I explained this to one of the employees who said ” I’m sorry” and walked away. The sandwiches were good and I really enjoyed the Italian beef. The bun was soft but not gooey, good flavor, good dipping juice. Need to work on customer service.

I come here all the time for my kids and this time i ordered that delicious White Cheddar Mac n Cheese. I was disappointed because im paying over $4 for a single cup and for it to barely be half full. Next time i will make sure i look at my order before i leave. Other than that i dont have no issues

It went through the drive-thru I didn’t have to wait very long to receive my food The fries were a little cold but it was okay because that mac and cheese made up for it it was hot and cheesy and delicious. The gentleman that was working the drive-thru was super happy friendly and kind I’ll definitely be returning before I go back home just because of the customer service!
