While my wife and I was eating in the restaurant today enjoying the wonderful food we heard a conversation that made us uneasy. A employee had askes the manager to clock them in I assume. The employee explained that that was the way he was told to clock in, and had been for over a year. Heard something along the lines of rules being broke, and that no dishwasher should be paid what he was. He politely informed the manager that he got paid less than what she said. Overall the employee handled himself well, but the manager shouldn’t have made those remarks in front of customers. Also if it was true that he had been doing that for over a year why was it a problem now. Maybe this is why we can’t get people to work anymore, because of remarks that we shouldn’t pay people what they are worth. Overall the food was great as well as the service. Just wish that could have been handled differently.

When I lived in Florida me and my family of 6 used to go to Bob Evans every Sunday faithfully for a decade or so. Fast forward moved to TN and have been to this establishment a total of 3 times in 3 years. The only gripe I have is the food. Biscuits were rough to get through and pancakes were over done as were the shredded hash browns. Waitress was great as were the rest of the staff we encountered.

Arriving after church, place was packed with a wait but not as long as host indicated. I had red white blue pancakes meaning cut up strawberries, blueberries and bananas with whip cream. Mark had the cheese bacon burger with fried egg and hashbrowns inside. It was almost gone before i could take the picture. Once again, never a disappointment.

Food was good, waitress was lovely. Don’t remember her name but she was an older lady with dark hair, an glasses(morning shift about 10:30 I was there..) I felt bad because I really wanted to eat my food but I was having a rough morning an my stomach just wasn’t agreeing with me!! I just want her to know, everything was perfect. I ordered a hot family Thanksgiving meal for six and paid in full online. Called twice to confirm my order. Then on day of pickup they said they had no record of my order. Luckily, I had a receipt. Got the food and was dismayed to find it was scant. There is no way what I got would feed six people. Three at best. Had to order $50 more food to make up for it and had to wait and wait. Just not a good experience at all.

We’ve loved BE for most of our lives, but like everything else it has changed quite a bit and some not for the best.
The service remains friendly, the portions are decent (but have been reduced a little bit) and the menu has had many changes, but the taste of some items, particularly the meats, are not the same quality. Considering BE started with their farm-to-table breakfast meats, this is disappointing! Sadly their competitor, Cracker Barrel, has done similar.
With prices constantly rising and restaurants wanting the American public to eat out, it’s aggravating that quality and portion sizes have not kept up as more money continues to leave our pockets:(

I had never been to bob evens before moving to TN but I love going here for breakfast. The food is tasty and price is right. Our waitress Ali is great! She is on it for getting your order and all the extras like hot sauce, quick service if your in a hurry too but will take her time to make you feel well taken care of as a customer. Will continue to come back.

Excellent! Very clean restaurant and the staff was fantastic. We haven’t seen a Bob Evans in 7 years and when we found this location we definitely had to stop. Breakfast was the same way we remembered it in Ohio, Always order the famous biscuits and gravy!

Wonderful food and staff! I heard the manager Amanda thank a gentleman for his service because he was wearing a veterans hat! You hardly hear that on a none holiday. I was very impressed with our server as well. She kept our hot coffee coming! My grandson is two and was being a two year old in all his glory and the manager Amanda started talking to him and got him distracted so I could pay. The while team made our breakfast out with a two year old a great experience!
