Ordered my food on the app for the first time. I got there earlier than I had set the pickup time for so I went in to see if I actually had to wait. The young man at the register said yes but he could bring it out to my car as soon as it was ready. (I don’t think it’s an option to bring it to your car) he brought it out exactly on time and with the right sauce I had asked for. Also I don’t know if it’s because I ordered the food on the app but that was the freshest food I’d ever gotten from an Arby’s. It tasted great and my stomach never got upset. I guess I will order on the app from now on.

The guy at the window was very nice and restored my faith in humans in fast food. I appreciate that. I was traveling from it off town, it had been an extremely long day; and I just wanted a bit of food before heading to chill for 8 hours before my flight back home later that evening. Over all the experience was a good one. Low score in the atmosphere because the kitchen had the radio on loud enough that it was drowning out the lobby music. The whole time we ate we had to listen to two songs at the same time which obviously was not pleasant. The food and fries were awesome. The service was basic. They were only there to do their job which did not contribute a whole lot to customer friendliness. They were not unfriendly, they just never went out of their way to be social.

Been here a couple times and they seem to do better than most fast food places, employees interact to make sure you are getting your meal and they were working quickly to get the food out, most things tasted fresh

Everything’s always been good with this location over the years, today however.. when you guys at this location water your plants, that hard water gets on customers cars and inside the car as you’re trying to order… So if I see sprinklers on I’m not coming though. Stopped by to pick up some food for my family via the drive-thru. The person who took the order was super friendly, but when we received our order, it was missing all of the fries. We went in to get it straight, but had to wait for them to make some. After about 10 minutes we received our fries but our sandwiches were cold. No offer was made to fix that, and when we asked for the manager on duty, the employee told us that he was busy dealing with a “massive drug problem in the bathroom.” My family is now not feeling well. Steer clear of this location.

This is my experience past and present with this Arby’s location. I also work retail, and without my customers, I wouldn’t have a job. So if you’re an Arbys employee, manager, or corporate, please read this review all the way through. Customer service is KEY. Without it, you lose hundreds of dollars of potential business from a single customer. Knowing this, I treat each and every one of my customers as kindly and professionally as I possibly can. Retail is hard, I get it, so take breaks to avoid burnout. I used to manage 5 subway locations as a “Floater manager” due to lack of staffing (one of which had a drivethrough), so trust me when I say I get that working retail can be TOUGH!

I came here today. The curly fries were old and dry. My chicken slider looked like it was washed in the laundry, fried, fell under the fryer for two weeks, found, then Refried and served to me. Disgusting.

This Arby’s is the worst in the Salt Lake City Valley. Never fails they forget to add any sauce which is an Arby’s staple. Thanks for the dry tasteless sandwich again. I won’t order here again. Half measures Half results.
