I specifically asked for a half decent patty on a Buffalo chicken sandwich. Not only did I get one that covered only half the sandwich. It was also barely covered in Buffalo sauce. I couldn’t even eat more than half before the ranch just overpowers everything else. Super deflating will not be coming back to this location.

I ordered the 5 piece steak bites. As I drove off I checked – no steak just a container of au ju. Pulled back in got correct order and they were so burned on the outside I regret waiting till I got home to check. Terrible!!!

I came here today. The curly fries were old and dry. My chicken slider looked like it was washed in the laundry, fried, fell under the fryer for two weeks, found, then Refried and served to me. Disgusting.

Ordered DoorDash from here, the mozzarella sticks were amazing, the fries were good and then I opened up my sandwich. You would think a place that makes mainly sandwiches would at least try to make them look edible. Chunk of smashed up meat and the obvious ends of the roast. I nibbled a piece of meat to see if it at least tasted good and it tasted like the bottom of the mashed up pan. If I had just gotten the mozzarella sticks and fries it would have been five stars, but the sandwich that should have been the main part ruined that. Won’t be getting a sandwich here again that’s for sure.

After a swing shift at work and not having eaten a substantial meal all day, I decided to swing by Arby’s on my way home. When I got home, I discovered that the double roast beef sandwich I ordered was instead Arby’s beef n’ cheddar sandwich. I can’t physically eat cheese. This was going to be a three star review originally because I almost always try to give fast food and restaurant workers the benefit of the doubt. We’ve all been there and at least I still had my root beer and fries. The large fries were just barely over half filled and the root beer was severely watered down. Thanks Arby’s.

Was wanting to try the the Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich. Looks delicious in the Arby’s commercials! When I ordered I told the drive thru cashier I wanted it to look like the picture on their order board. Puchased dinner for the family. Got home …and was absolutely SHOCKED at the appearance if my Pecan Chicken sandwich!! YOU BE THE JUDGE. THEY COULD NOT HAVE DONE A WORSE JOB IF THEY WERE TRYING! Definitely taking this back tomorrow! They barely put chicken salad in the very middle of the bread! “Arby’s- they have the Meats!” AND FROM THE LOOK OF MY SANDWICH…..THEY PLAN ON KEEPING IT TOO!

***The day After I got the disappointing Pecan Chicken salad sandwich at Arby’s, I took it back. I spoke to the Manager, showed her the sandwich, and she she said I was right to be disappointed because the sandwich was ” unacceptabe” the way it was made. It’s supposed to have 2 scoops of Chiicken salad in it, and the first sandwich only has 1 scoop. She offered my money back…Or a new sandwich made Right. I
I accepted a new sandwich…it Did look more like what is advertised. AND IT WAS A VERY GOOD SANDWICH . Thanks Arby’s. 4 & 1/2 Stars this time!

Point proven!! The manager was so concerned about the timer that she gave me. My food too fast and I got uncooked mozzarella sticks and a rude manager all because I didn’t want to pull forward when no one is behind me. No longer a satisfied customer!!!!!!!! Satisfied customer…. Except! I can’t stand it when I’m asked to pull forward, without anyone behind me. It happens all the time. Quit rushing your employees. That takes the quality and TLC out of my food! Last it’s an inconvenience to the customer. Hey Arby’s owner… Why don’t you be more personal I’m your apologies instead of your copy and paste reply. That’s a thoughtless effort! I guess you really care about your customers
