There are two cardinal sins when you visit any Arby’s. 1) Skimpy on giving Arby’s sauce (or out of it). 2) The roast beef is like thick cut bacon. I have been to this Arby’s quite a few times, and though it’s been ok, every time, I’ve had at least one issue. But today, oh today… They broke rule #2.

This is how I received my double beef n cheddar sandwich. I took a couple bites and opened the buns to see why the meat was so chewy and completely inedible. It looked like someone chewed up the beef and spit it onto my sandwich. I threw away the food because it was making me gag after a couple bites. To be fair the curly fries were good, but this was such a terrible experience I will never eat here again!

Portion sizes are AWFUL. This combo, with a 4 piece mozzarella stick, was $15 dollars. The au jus was not even half full. The workers are friendly, but these portion sizes are not worth the price.

I am so disappointed I ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich and they barely put any of the chicken salad on my sandwich. Everywhere else I have been there is so much chicken salad it is spilling over. Just one more reason to never go back you pay way too much and get very little

This Arby’s is clean, we’ll organized and friendly. I’ve been to some nasty ones but this one is great. The food is fresh and not thrown together. For a fast food restaurant, this location is doing a good job.

I don’t know why I bother anymore with Arby’s. It seems like they can’t get it right. Today the meat was slimy/wet and had a smell to it. Rather than just head back asking for a refund or different sandwich. I’m done with Arby’s.

You enter fast food joints, not expecting the best of service, but you do expect something. I entered and wasn’t even noticed for the first bit. As I stood their waiting, employees seeing me, no one came to help. Maybe you’d think they were busy. They did have 4 cars in the drive-thru. But no other guest was inside when I arrived. They weren’t slammed. Maybe understaffed. But when you hire children and people who just don’t care and don’t know what they’re doing, you end up waiting 30 minutes for Arby’s. The true experience

This location is fast and the service was good. They got my order right, too, which is always good. And my beef and cheddar was yummy. But all three of us that ate there felt sick for thr rest of the night anf unto the next morning. So I won’t be eating Arby’s anytime soon. Bummer, I love me a jamocha shake and some jalapeño poppers!

We stopped here for some quick food tonight. It took 7 minutes for someone to acknowledge us (only after I repeatedly tried to get someone’s attention). We waited over half an hour for a sandwich, two fries and a milkshake. We were on our way home (which is 35 minutes away) so I waited to eat my sandwich. I just sat down to enjoy it, and it’s the wrong sandwich.
