This was terrible service all around. Normally I ignore the 2 star reviews for fast food restaurants, but now I fully understand why this location has it. I love Arby’s, but this place is trash.

We went through the drive thru on a cold rainy day this evening. It was terrible. They weren’t responsive for what felt like 5 minutes. I had to say “Hello?” And they responded, but they told me to wait. Keep in mind that my window was down the whole time with rain pouring down. Ordering the food was fine, but they forgot my son’s milk. I forgot to remember they didn’t give my drink because I was focused on leaving. It took us about 10-15 minutes to get through the drive thru process and we were trapped in it with cars in front and behind us. The car in front of us left without receiving food or paying. I should have done the same!!

The worst part is that when we got home, we had to reheat our ham sliders and the fries (curly and crinkle cut) were cold and soggy. The ONLY thing they did right was the mozzarella cheese. I am also upset because of all days this was a day my son was supposed to try a new meal because he eats the same food on repeat and he was excited to give this place a chance. So now I have to deal with that mayhem—rant over. Never going here again.

Terrible experience today. Went through the drive through. Very quiet… one car in front of me. Ordered and they apparently didn’t understand. I even asked again at the window. Had to pull around front to wait for food. Took quite a while and realized they forgot the fries. Manager said he would do them and bring them out. 15 minutes later I walked in the store to see what was going on. Finally gave me the rest and I was on my way. Get home to eat…. chicken strips were tiny…. they forgot the sauce for the cheese sticks. Just really disappointing for a fast food joint and wasted 30 minutes of my day. Only reason they get 2 stars is because he attempted to make it right. Just fell short.

Great Arbys location. Staff was super friendly and helpful! I noticed one of the employees delivered food to a car in a blizzard today!! Food was delivered quick and the place was really clean!

I was actually very impressed with the food and service here today. Jaden took our order and was the only one running the whole place today. The service was still fast, the food was still good and not thrown together, and he was still very nice and helpful despite being running the restaurant alone. I felt like he deserved a shootout, we appreciated the good food and service.

My husband and I were extremely impressed with the staff. They ran out of roast beef and gave us a few options to have instead. They were fast with our food once we knew what we wanted. They were apologetic the whole time even though they didn’t have to be. We will be coming back for sure!

I came to the drive thru and ordered 2 sliders and 2 fries and waited at the window for 15 min. The employee stood by the window but did not acknowledge I was waiting or advise why the wait time was high. I love the food but communication and customer service needs a new standard. I eventually pulled around and went in to still not be acknowledged. The food was given free but empathy and acknowledgment go a long way.

I second the lady who was calling Austin out for not knowing what he’s talking about. Austin has terrible taste buds and is just wrong… The cheesesteak sandwich was bussin ( though the heavier set girl running the drive-thru had a manager shirt on had a bad attitude and was kind of rude)
