I showed up at this location pretty much right as they opened. I felt really bad about it because I know they were probably still setting up. The person in the Drive-Thru was so helpful and immediately was willing to help me with my mobile order. She was so kind and truly made my morning.

The food at Arby’s has improved a lot in last few years. Better than other fast food places. Good chicken sandwich. The service was quick. The location is a little further up the main strip where the other fast food places but easy parking.

This location is much better than other Arby’s locations I’ve been to. The furniture and decorations were up to date and clean. We got our food very quickly and the manager even checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The bathrooms are also very big and clean. If we’re coming through town again we’d definitely stop here.

Big fan of Arby’s already after first try. Good beef, good burger/sandwiches, and a bargain at those prices too! The staff here was really friendly, and incredibly accommodating! We struggle with a very specific food allergy, and effort was made to make 100% sure said allergy was respected. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Went through the drive through and ordered a Market Fresh Peach Lemonade. Cost was $3.19 for the large. Pulled up to the window and the attendant gave me the lemonade, but it was in a medium 20oz cup and I was expecting the large soft drink 32oz size cup as I asked for a large. I told him I ordered the large, and he said they just changed their sizes and now the old medium size is the new large. I get inflation and price increases but changing the size to give customers less at the same old price is one way of loosing my business. Thirsty man can’t even get a true large lemonade anymore.

Usually I have no problems at this location but today I got one of their smokehouse brisket sandwiches and requested no cheese on it. It literally looks like they forgot, then tried to take it off but left whatever wouldn’t come off.
It just comes across as lazy to me.

Im gald the lady that was working with the guy that took my card was there, because I wouldn’t have got my debit card back. Employee took my card for payment and didnt return. The other employee came to window and gave my card back. And you may want to get a larger curly fry if you want the quantity of them you original wanted. They just scraped up the old fries that were not fresh but dry and hard. I threw them away… see picture of a large fry half full. The rest of them wasn’t in the bag, just served “leftover i dont care cause we bout to close fries”. And the roast beef was room temp at best. Made a semi cold sandwich and served it. Wasted my money here.
