This is the second time I have ordered delivery from Arby’s and did not receive my au jus for my french dip sandwich. I called and the male who answered, didn’t tell me a name, just that it was my door dashers fault. Nothing to help me fix the problem. Basically told my it wasn’t their problem. Who want to eat a French dip without the damn dip??

The employees of this Arby’s are great and i would give a higher rating if it weren’t for two issues. 1, they are always out of turnovers. I don’t know what the deal is. Why can’t they have turnovers? I recommend that if you want a turnover, go to McDonald’s and buy some pies and bring them to Arby’s to eat with whatever you buy at Arby’s. This is what i plan. 2, the diet coke in the drink dispenser sprays all over you. Need a bath after getting a diet coke.

The food was hot and fresh. I messed up my order and they quickly fixed with a great attitude. I ate inside and the AC was running which made it a bit cold for me that day. Overall great experience from the food, service and employees

They had a power outage 9pm from storm. They quickly got phones out to use for flashlights. They made do, kept calm and cool during the outage. Still fullfilling what meals they could. Until the lights come back on and they right back to work. Good job for this crew. Food was good.
