I waited 15 minutes to get my food. The chicken sandwich was hard and had a bad taste. I was unable to complete the sandwich. The manager came in unkempt with his pants hanging way down below his pants and an undersized shirt with his belly exposed, grossly inappropriate. The food was not worth $18.62. I’m very disappointed.

I try so hard with hardees every where around me, but I just cant stand to stop anymore. It takes on average 15 mins to go through the drive through to get your food and its a solid 80% of the time wrong. This location has a 3 out of 5 chance of getting it right as thats my normal rate. Im just tired of the long wait and always going back in to get the order fixed. Some of the absolute nicest people here but its just taking too long to get my food that was correct on the receipt but wrong in the bag.

When we went through the drive-thru before starting our holiday travel, the team member suggested a better deal to save us some money and to get us more food for our buck. We had a pleasant surprise when we learned the “suggested seller” was the new manager. He even hand delivered our hot, freshly cooked fries and the meal deal. Keven was so nice and helpful. We haven’t really been to Hardee’s except for breakfast in a while, but this lunch and the wonderful customer service made us smile. We will be back! The double cheeseburgers were really yummy, and the fries were delicious! It made our road trip start with gratitude (on this day before Thanksgiving) for people like you who enjoy helping others. Thanks, Keven!!!

I quit going to this Hardee’s because the management and employees was often rude and very slow. But tonight I went and they have a new manager named Keven. And the service was 10x better the food was hot and fast. I was impressed with him enough to ask for his name to leave a review because he’s new and he runs it way better than it was!

I usually go early in the morning between 4:30 to about 6:30. Even if there is a line, I’m not in line that long. They’re very quick and everything is nice and fresh and correct.

The lady at the drive through didn’t listen when I asked how much something was. Then when I ordered she read it back right then when it was made wrong and I went in to have it fixed she was insisting it was made right and that I was trying to just get extra food I’ll never buy food from this store again. I don’t take kindly to being called a thief.
