Went through the drive thru last night. Waited over 15 minutes after I paid for my order to get my food. I let them know I didn’t get my drinks they looked at me and walked away. I tried going inside but doors were locked. I called bc I was missing drinks and got no receipt. When I asked for a manager they kids yelled Foo someone is on the phone. The manager was less than helpful. When I said I will contact corporate which I did she said ok and hung up. They clearly don’t care about their customers. And extremely unprofessional to yell Foo when someone is asking to speak with a manager.

Grandma offered to buy us Arby’s delivery tonight! I was so excited for it! The delivery got here, and my 5 piece Chicken Tenders was missing. I had to forage for leftovers 🙁 Grandma and the husband said that the Reuben and the French dip were good, but all I got were my fries and some honey mustard sauce to go with my missing chicken.

I stopped in here with my daughter for lunch. The man at the counter was very rude and impatient with us. I try to be on my best behavior when ordering food or anytime that I am dealing with restaurants or stores in general, I realize that my encounter with the person will be short, five minutes or less, and no matter how rude they are, I can deal with it. That being said, after receiving our order, we sat at a table which was directly under a ceiling speaker that was extremely loud and quite uncomfortable. We moved to a different table and the music was just as loud. I suggested to my daughter that we should just ask for a bag to put our food in and eat in the car. Instead, she went to the counter and asked if they would turn down the volume of the music, instead of turning it down, they turned it up louder. We just left the store and drove to a nearby park to eat our meal. This was a very bad experience for us. The food was good but just a little bit expensive. Really not worth the trouble.

I was so excited to try the Hot Honey Boneless Chicken here. I made my husband go to Arby’s vs another chicken restaurant we frequent so I could try these. The flavor was pretty good but the nuggets had lost all.of it’s crunch due to the sauce bath it had been sitting in. Really.disappointed.

Now it may be because we were there late at night and the “night shift” crew didn’t really care, but this was the worst Arby’s I have endured. Food was just slopped together and cold. Place was a mess and looked like it had not been cleaned the entire shift. The “workers” were busy BS-ing. Go to McDonalds.
