My husband and I went through Drive Thru for the first time and ordered a 3 piece fish a 1/2 Roast Beef for my husband and I ordered the #2 Classic Roast Beef Large size meal with a Chocolate Shake but when we got home that’s not what was in our bag they gave me a Classic Cheddar and Beef and I don’t like cheddar cheese and they also put my large curly fries in with his fish well I’m allergic to fish so what the HELL you all need to get the orders right now I have nothing to eat because you all messed up the order thanks a lot. Third time visiting this Arby’s since it open usually stop on my way home from work. First time I stopped the food was really good the staff was really good everybody was really nice second time I’ve stopped they forgot to put the cheddar on the roast beef and cheddar sandwiches and looks like they just threw the meat all over the place on the sandwiches. Tonight makes the third time I visited and they forgot an order of my fries had to wait almost 15 minutes just to get my fries so the rest of my food was cold by then. The girl running the drive-thru was really sweet she was going to get me an order of fries but I’m assuming it was the manager yelled at her and told her no those are for doordash so I had to wait. Oh and also the two cups of cheddar that I ordered for a dollar a piece look like I may have got 10 cents worth of cheddar between both. Not sure if I will return at least not when that shift is there.

My French dip was good. I was so disappointed that the Shake machine was already broken down? Ya’ll just opened a couple of weeks ago. Staff was friendly so that’s a good thing. Really wished they had the potato cakes but the curly fries were good, nice and crispy.

I am so excited that there is one in Ennis, I usually get the Gyro Greek, and my husband loves the Ruben and French dip. The employees that work here have always been friendly and fast, plus they love my dog, gave my great dane puppy a big bowl of whip cream!

I just ate there with my mom, dad, and little sister, our fries were all cold like they had been sitting out for hours. My chicken on my sandwich was cold. The soda machine sprayed water all over me when I tried to get my drink. My dad ordered a wrap WITH bacon. He got a sandwich with basically just mayo and turkey with half a slice of cheese and a single slice of tomato and WITHOUT bacon. He went up there twice and ended up just telling them to give him a refund. As we were walking up this girl and a guy with purple dreads were arguing who should take our order. The girl took our order and basically had no idea what she was doing. My dad ordered a LARGE fry and she put in two mediums and charged him for both of them. My mom put her 5$ off coupon on there and the girl that took our order said that she put a 3.49$ fry on there for the 5$ off. EVERYONE in there had to go back because they got everyone’s order wrong in some way. There were no little cups for the sauce and everyone had to ask for one. The manager was the only one that had a sense in her. Basically it was an awful experience, do not go there. At least not for that shift.

I’ve been to Arby’s several times since it’s opened, and I can say without question it is the fastest Arby’s I’ve ever been to. I barely have enough time to get my drinks and my food is already ready. I’m talking faster than McDonald’s, faster than Chick-Fil-A, and it’s always hot and just how I ordered. I’m so happy I don’t have to drive to Waxahachie anymore for Arby’s and I can get the food home while it’s still hot!

Went inside, going to get the 5 for 5 deal that saw on FB and in my email. Inside, no other customers but us, had to wait for them to finish talking, to be told, they do not offer the special. They were new store. Seems to me you would go the length to get the word out on the store. Went to Freddy’s near by , food great, employees cheerful and fast.

Been to this location three times since they opened and twice my order was wrong. This time I went back up there after they messed up my sandwhich and they fixed it but still messed up on the second one. Very dissapointed that they dont listen when you tell them the order four times even when I went inside and told them. They even charged for the extra cheddar sauce but none on it or in the bag…
