Ordered a chicken bacon wrap, the tortilla was so hard it was tore apart trying to wrap it, it came with onions on it which is not suppose to have, nor do i eat. It was absolutely disqusting. I dont appreciate spending almost $30 for my familys dinner for it to be nasty, made incorrectly, and old. Only car in drive through as well! Do better! I wont be back!

Went for the $2.00 roast beef sandwich and mozzarella sticks, ordered through the app it was ready as promised, hot and fresh. My only complaint is how wasteful they are with the condiments, I went twice last week to two different locations and got 1 roast beef sandwich and 1 order of mozzarella sticks, they gave me 3 marinara sauces, 3 horsey sauces, 4 Arby’s sauces at both locations and 1 gave 4 packs of ketchup on top of all the other stuff. I only needed 1 marinara sauce, just a big waste cause I don’t use them and they went in the trash

Their menu is going downhill fast, the service was slow, and the food was meh. Not the same Arby’s it used to be. I was upset when they got rid of the ham sandwiches but now they’ve also gotten rid of the turkey. But for some reason added burgers??

We have been going to this location for a long time now. I had tried a couple of other locations and had issues with both so started going to this one and was so glad that we did! The employees are always friendly and the food is always great! No complaints whatsoever!

Unfortunately this place is overpriced to the extreme when you order a roast beef sandwich with cheddar on it and you pay the amount that you pay to have cheddar put on it and it feels like you’re still eating a dry sandwich it is not appealing.

Every time I go in my order is wrong EVERY TIME! So the last time I was in, I ordered and it came out wrong I take it back. I wait at the counter for my sandwich and cashier mocked me for returning my food over and over and over it was ridiculous he didn’t know I was at counter waiting for my food he had his back turned to me and mocked me to the manager on duty Cass the seemed to think it was funny when I received my sandwich it was wrong again twice served wrong food twice on same visit I ask to speak to the manager on duty Cass she didn’t want to hear about what I had to say she continuously repeated.
