Just like all fast food places this is a hit or miss. The sandwiches that my husband and I got were decent and my daughters kids meal didnt come with her curly fries. (Placed an online pick up tonight), there was only 2 other customers when I walked in; roughly 3 employees that I can see. (It’s a Monday night so I understand that Mondays aren’t busy). The only issue tonight is that they forgot my daughter’s curly fries with her meal and when I called 5 times to see what can be done, each time no answer.

DO NOT EAT THE WAYGU BURGER!! That was the worst burger I have ever seen; I didn’t even eat it. It was deep fried and the bun was cold. The burger looked like a hockey puck. The lady who served me was super nice, but shame on me for thinking Arby’s could make a burger with no grill.

I decided to try an Arby’s burger today, and it was a mistake! They, like every other fast food joint, don’t listen when you ask them to hold certain items from your sandwich. If that wasn’t bad enough, these burgers are very pink. Eat at your own risk!

We went through the drive-thru. My husband got a large combo with some kind of beef but not a burger, & I got a fish sandwich without a combo; however, my sandwich wasn’t ready. We pulled forward to wait for it. When it arrived, it was HOT & smelled delicious which was perfect. It was a bit messy as everything between the bun kept slipping or oozing out with every tasty bite. My husband seemed to enjoy his sandwich & drink. The disappointing part was the fries which were barely warm but must have been hot when put in the bag & cooled as we waited for my fish sandwich. I don’t understand why places don’t wait for everything to be ready before bagging the order. They can at least wait until it’s ready before adding the fries. I wasn’t a big Arby’s fan, to begin with, &, while the fish sandwich was amazing, I was unimpressed with how Arby’s served my husband barely warm (& unsalted) fries. The best part about eating fries are hot & salt, & I’m not a huge fan of salt, but certain things require salt like popcorn, potato chips, cream of wheat, grits, & fries; otherwise, it’s a waste of a perfectly good dish.
