Ordered food through the Uber One app. Driver was exceptional, no problems at all. I kept my UE receipt.

However, I paid for edible food. The food was cold. The fries weren’t warm, they were hard and the double roast beef was room temperature. The lemonade is okay, a bit watered down, but drinkable. The the apple turnover was flat, cold and hard. I have NEVER received food from this restaurant like this. I placed the order @ 9:01 pm. The food was picked up @ 9:11 pm and delivered @ 9:23 pm. I checked online and the restaurant doesn’t close til 11pm; so, it wasn’t a last order before closing. I haven’t ordered from them in some time. I even tried to call the restaurant to speak to the manager and the phone rang off the hook. Poor customer service, food wasn’t hot or even warmed up. It’s like it had been sitting there for hours. Very, very disappointed. I won’t be ordering again.

What the hell is this? How am I supposed to eat this on the road? My job requires me to drive and this has got to be the messiest thing I’ve ever seen.
Turned around and got a refund and the staff told me that they have already passed this info to their higher ups and apparently it hasn’t been fixed.
At least the manager was friendly and understanding about it.

Okay I got some mozzarella sticks they was not hot I got some potato cakes only two of my potato cakes from fresh and I did not get no marinara I asked for marinara and I asked for a cup of water and no ice I got a couple of water with ice I asked for no ice the person at the window was nice that about it

Tyler was rude. Absolutely horrible. Got our order wrong and is gonna have a attitude with us saying we’ll he’s just mad at himself.. he shouldn’t be working front with that kind of attitude . Also rushed us through our order. Waste of money

I decided to try an Arby’s burger today, and it was a mistake! They, like every other fast food joint, don’t listen when you ask them to hold certain items from your sandwich. If that wasn’t bad enough, these burgers are very pink. Eat at your own risk!

We went through the drive thru tonight around 10:15 and got some food and some shakes. Kj, the young man who took our order and gave us our food was so polite, and had an amazing attitude. He genuinely cared about how fresh our food was and even went out of his way to ask us how we were doing and talked with us for a minute. (Something you don’t find lots of out here) we got our food fast and when we ate we could tell it was made with love. Thank you Kj for providing QUALITY customer service. You deserve that $10 tip we gave you. And @Arbys, give this man a raise/promotion!!! The man’s the GOAT (greatest of all time)!!!!

Just pulled in from out of town. Went into the restroom. While I was washing my hands an employee came out of the stall and did not wash his hands. Walked to the counter and there he was in the kitchen. I decided not to eat and walked out. Thanks you for your service . Jerks.

I have tried ordering multiple times a beef and cheddar at this location on separate occasions. When I get home and open the bag, its always a regular roast beef and I have been charged extra. Their service has gone down since covid. Would recommend to go to JFK Arby’s. Also the meat was ROOM TEMPERATURE when I pulled it out of the bag and bun was black from being burned.

Went inside to place a dine in order, was not acknowledged upon walking in. My partner and I used the restrooms and then came back to the front to order our meal. There were 4 employees who looked at us multiple times but spent over 5 minutes arguing about who was going to work the register. They also completely informed the other guest who was waiting as well. After trying to get their attention we left.
