I hadn’t had Arby’s… ever. But I finally tried it, and honestly? It was delicious. We got the gyro, smoked brisket, and pulled pork—everything tasted fresh, hearty, and full of flavor. The new sweet sauce is great and the spicy chipotle was pretty darn good, too. The staff was also super friendly and efficient. It was so good, we went back the next day. Yep… hooked.

I visited at 11:00 am on a Saturday. From the time I placed my order until I reached the window was 7 minutes. It should be noted that there was 1 vehicle in line wsiting at the window when I pulled up. I paid and waited 5 more minutes, when shockingly, a different employee opened the window and said, “Can you please pull forward?? It’s going to be about 4 minutes on your chicken strips.” I waited 7 minutes for the food to be brought out. The chicken was fresh and hot. The fries were hard and cold. The person who brought the food out handed me a shake and said this is for having to wait.

Just left Arbys, a place I love to eat at. While I wad sitting there a guy walks in with a snake around his neck and wad allowed to place an order then leave with his order. I got up and left then called and told them how wrong that wad and it shouldn’t be allowed. He could have easily went through the drive through. Other customers were uneasy as well but I guess the staff didnt care. They were too busy asking questions about the snake to even realize it was wrong. Just giving others a heads up about this place. This is a shame and they admitted it was wrong but did nothing.

This crew was a great crew. I came in somewhere around 4pm and ordered 2 meals. I noticed when I entered the door was clean. That was already setting the stage for the visit. Then Cheyenne greeted me with a smile and I could see the surroundings inside were just like outside clean and tidy. Ththen dalton came up and we began to chat. He was a very nice person. I watched that crew work as a team. My sandwich and my sister’s sandwich was great. Made fresh and fresh fries. I also seen Ellie working the whole time. I just want to tell you is was a pleasant experience at this location. Those people deserve a raise just because of the people service skills. The cleanliness of the building was definitely top notch. I want to thank that whole crew for a great experience on not such a great day. Jessica C.ps the wait time wasn’t long. I got my order to go so I could get back on the road. I was just passing through Monroe La. and decided that Arby’s sounded delicious. Once I was back on the road less than 5 minutes after getting my order and leaving I opened up my bag and found that the Half Pound Beef and Cheddar was so soggy that the bun was like a wet wash rag and the curly fries were cold and soggy as well. This is the worse order I have ever received from an Arby’s anywhere. You would think that paying over $17 for a meal that it would not even be served this way. I would have taken pictures of the food for proof but I was driving down the interstate at 70 mph. You got me this time Arby’s and there will not be a next time

**UPDATE** Just left there about 20 minutes ago and came home with the WORST chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. The chicken was so tough I couldn’t even bite into it. Feeezer burnt probably would be my guess. I asked for ranch to dip my fries in and got mayo packets. HORRIBLE experience. I ate the bacon and cheese off the sandwich, the rest went in the garbage.
Extremely friendly staff. Had to wait but I’ll wait for fresh food any day! It didn’t take long and they gave me a drink while I waited. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Definitely plan to return.

9-22-19 Sunday night dinner. While driving to the hotel I spotted a Arby’s. I have never been to a Arby’s before. Let’s stop why not. The people behind the counter were really polite and very helpful. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich meal with a sweet tea. the Buffalo chicken was delicious and the tea was good as well. The restaurant was clean. I’m not sure if what I experienced overall with this Arby’s is consistent on a daily basis but I will find out. I would definitely return to this location. Good job
