This restaurant has a nice atmosphere with cheerful staff. They have a pretty large menu offering various dishes showcasing different sauces which brings plenty of flavor. They provide a good amount of food and give you chips & salsa to snack on while waiting. I had the Enchiladas Chipotle that includes three enchiladas (shredded beef, ground beef, & shredded chicken) smothered in a creamy chipotle sauce served with rice & beans (I love the black beans as an option). This is a good spot to enjoy great food and fun times with family & friends.

Really loved the ambience of the restaurant—it’s spacious and comfortable. The food we ordered tasted good, and I’d love to come back to try more of their variety. The service was fine too, and our food arrived without much wait. Next time, I think I’ll definitely try some of their desserts!

We stopped by on a week night and didn’t have to wait. They have plenty space with seating and a bar. The decor is beautiful the drinks are great and pretty they also do mocktails. The service was great. I tried the Enchiladas El Jefe and it did not disappoint. I took Chicken soup to go that came with buttery white rice, tortilla strips, avocado and pico de gallo. The food was delicious. I will definitely be going back to try more Oh and the bathroom was nice and clean with the long mirror for pitcuresssss

Really do I leave five stars review for a restaurant because there are so many variables that go into the experience. Food service, and atmosphere I live in New Jersey, but I actually travel about two hours just to enjoy a meal here. I don’t have to worry about inconsistency, bad service or food not being up to par. The service is always good. The food is cooked to perfection and the atmosphere is contemporary Mexican, which is a fresh take on the Mexican environment, not having to look at a sombrero on the wall or painted bulbs. From the cow skin booths to the hand, drawn art on the wall everything makes you feel like you are where you should be relaxed and entertained. The table side ceviche is one of my go to favorites and all the classics are still on the menu, including chef specials, which add a nice fresh look at what else there is to offer in the Mexican culinary world. Every experience I’ve had there is fresh and innovative. You can tell the chef really cares about his product and the manager is on top of quality assurance. I’ve been in the Mexican restaurant industry for over 20 years and to walk into an environment where I’m not stressed out because of all the imperfections I see it is a nice relief just to enjoy my meal and service. Speaking of service my righteous’s name was Dream and dream she was. She was attentive and polite, courteous, communicative, and wholeheartedly a good person. I see a lot of great things for her future, and I hope she follows her passion. It is nice to see people in different stages of their life, enjoying what they do and you can tell she really enjoys her job from the bottom of her heart. Thank you, Plaza for another great experience and I look forward to my next meal.

I went here for a girls night out dinner and the atmosphere was welcoming. For appetizers we ordered the queso dip with the chicken, shrimp, and steak which was great even better than my usual choriqueso dip and the guacamole. I definitely recommend both options if you’re undecided. I ordered a daiquiri, and the other women ordered a lemon drop and a top shelf margarita. The drinks are very pretty but are only average. For the main entrees we ordered Birria Ramen, Birria Tacos, and shrimp tacos.

Cool place but service was rough. The hostesses were over their jobs by 6pm and failed to add us to the waiting list live feed. Drinks were choice and food was hot and fresh. Service tho… Our server paid a little attention to us, and even though we announced there was a birthday at the table… We were ignored whenever every other table got sung too, we were wondering if we were invisible. Also, despite asking multiple times for condiments, they never made it to the table. Sigh…

Just have to say yes if you’re thinking about stopping here. First of always make a reservation. The place is normally packed for good reason.
The food is delicious and the drinks are just as great. We ended up ordering more and more as everything tasted amazing while being well priced.
On top of that the staff keeps you entertained through conversation, jokes, and their occasional stalls to make dishes in front of you.
Definitely worth a second trip.
