They have immature children taking orders at the drive-thru a little blonde boy that was so immature didn’t know how to take orders. Didn’t know how to give food. Had the line backed up because he was too busy taking an order and not giving the people the register of the food. Just a very bad experience will not be back. I honked my horn beat on the window and he still just continues saying I have to take an order while I had all my food except for drinks and it took him 10 minutes to give me a few drinks that were just sitting up their watering down. Used to love Arby’s but the service is hideous and will not be back!??

First time at this location. Restaurant (including the men’s room) was very clean. Staff was friendly and even brought our food to the table since they weren’t too busy inside. Food came out hot and delicious, and it didn’t take too long for it to be prepared. In an unusual fast food experience, it actually came out looking like the menu photos! Overall, an excellent Arby’s experience.

Our experience was horrible. I am not one to write reviews, but this was a little too much. We were the only customers in the dining area ignored at the counter. When the food service worker finally came to the counter she did not greet us or smile as she took our order. I can overlook rudeness to some degree, but when we were paying, we laid the bills on the counter to get the correct change, this worker did not attempt to take the money she proceeded to hold her hand out for my husband to pick up the money and put it into her hand. Rudeness again or the fact that this worker had one and half inch acrylic nails and barely could type at the register or pick up money off the counter. There is no way she can properly perform hand hygiene or wear gloves preparing food. Being a healthcare professional, this person preparing and serving food to the public is a health code violation. The final straw, is when she delivered our food, she slid the tray on table again no pleasantries.

Wednesday evening I decided I would spend money I actually don’t have to spend and satisfy my craving for Arby’s. Not having any type of fast food in over a year after moving to the middle of nowhere. I happened to be in town for appointments that day and didn’t even know they built an Arby’s in my home town! Pulling in to the drive thru, noticing the cars at Popeyes moving as usual even though they were pretty busy. Slowly but surely. I sat as the second car for over 9 minutes. Not ever noticing the driver in front of me, talking to the speaker. Cars that had lined up behind me, all started flying around me in aggravation. FINALLY, the car, or actually, the truck, that was the only vehicle ahead of me, pulled up to the window where 1 car was sitting, for god knows how long. And I move to the speaker where I continue to sit. More cars pull behind my car and slowly, more of those pull around and out of the parking lot. I sat for another several minutes without a greeting or anything. No sign on the speaker that notified that it might not be working?! Finally, I gave up and went to pull away, noticing the 1 car still at the window and that truck I sat behind, still sitting behind them!? There were, MAYBE 3 cars in the actual parking lot and I didn’t see very much going on that would possibly explain this. I lived in walker for most of my life and always begged the universe for Arby’s to build there. I finally moved away and there they are!? So excited, but I try to get food 1 time and already, I won’t be back! I’d drive even farther to go into Denham to order if I have to. But I am so rarely anywhere near the area anymore. If the box is not working, PUT A NOTE OR SOMETHING, out there. Even send an employee out to apologize and wave people around. But they don’t even look busy and no one is paying attention to the numerous, potential customers waiting for service and food!? Tsk tsk.

I went to the drive-through, but I guess the speaker doesn’t work. Sat there for about 3 minutes. There was only one car ahead of me. Never received a response, maybe their sensors don’t work for dodge trucks or something? Went to Sonic instead. First time at this location and it is already not looking good.

Everyone is extremely friendly and the food was great! Ms. Yolanda the manager was the absolute sweetest and so attentive! I felt like I had walked in to Chick-fil-a with how polite and fast the service was!
