The best customer service we have received in awhile. It took a little longer then what we are used to, but they are not like any other fast food joint. Food was super fresh. I would recommend dining in. They have some great Husker memorabilia.

I will say this location is the dirtiest location I have ever been to. I’m not meaning the dining area. Take a moment while you’re there waiting for your order to look around the store if you realize how messy the store is you don’t want to eat there. Not to mention watch the behavior of the workers. They touch their face they touch their clothes and they don’t even have the courtesy to wash their hands. I have also suffered from food poisoning from the store. They also under serve you what you order and what you pay.

The folks working today around 1:15-1:30p we’re absolute champions. They were on the back end of what was apparently a long & large lunch crowd. They were absolutely cranking out the orders and supporting each other. Teamwork that is becoming less and less common.

Stopped on the way home after a doctors visit out of town so me and dad where both tired. The worked offered to help us get it to the car and while we declined that offered to put it all into a box so it would be easy to carry inside. Great service and as always when we go great food.

I came through drive through for lunch. From order box to window was 10min but the wait before was at least 20min for a total of 30min. Once I get to the window and paid I look at the receipt and realize they didn’t get my mozzarella sticks. I bring it to the attention of the long hair man with a 5oclock shadow and he tells me he only hands out food and does nothing with order taking and I’m going to have to go back through the line. I said are you serious I just waited 30min in that line. He says sorry and closed the window. I came inside ordered and paid then waited 10min+. So once I left I got to have cold fry’s and a soggy burger. Will not return to this location. Very poor customer service.

The New And Improved ARBY’S is Absolutely Amazing. It’s Like They All Remodeled From The Ground Up. The Food Quality Seems Much Better & The Menu Has Lots Of New Stuff & All The Same Goodies as Before Like The French Dip and The Beef N Cheddar. ARBY’S IS Excellent Now. The place just opened and it looks like they just decided to not clean the lobby what so ever all week. I was very skeptical if I would even eat the food due to the lack of attention to the store but food was great and service was also good. But man. That’s a dirty store.

Something as simple as keeping your lobby stocked when it is open isn’t too much to ask. I spoke to manager about things being taken down by 7pm (lobby closes at 9) he simply said because I can. No offer to assist, no offer to add value to the conversation, just rude and smug. Guess customer service is extinct these days.
