The chicken has not been fresh the last 3 times I have come. I will no longer return the poppers were soggy as well. Please do not make the food till ordered we do not mind the waiting. I can go across town and get nor and fresh every time. Isaac was wonderful but the food was not hitting. We are not one to return or complain in the store but I will provide a review.

Went in for dinner around 9 p.m. Elvontae was mopping the lobby which looked super clean. My husband and I were trying to decide between a roast beef and cheddar or a chicken bacon swiss meal and Gabriel suggested the chicken bacon swiss, Elvontae agreed, so we both decided to go with their recommendation. Sydney was hopping running the drive thru and made our yummy Chocolate Shake with whipped cream. When the chicken bacon swiss and potato cakes came out they were hot, fresh and so delicious! Wayne was running the grill in the back. They were all friendly and working to make our experience tonight an awesome one! They were a great team!! Great job! Keep it up!

I love this Arby’s. It is new to the area within the last few years. The reason for my visit this time was to compare against a neighboring rival chain. I was comparing the quality of gyros. Just so it is known, Arby’s came out the winner! Their ingredients actually taste better and fresher. The employees make the food look appetizing when preparing it. It isn’t prepared indifferently. The employees here are extremely polite & courteous. Their store always looks clean. My only critique? Every now and then, when I order turnovers, they accidentally forget to put them in the bag. Fix that & everything is aces! Overall, I recommend them.

OMG. I just paid $30 for the worst fast food i ever had in 50 yrs! The Turkey Gobbler….. WTH Arby’s??? I think you guys are trying to be something that you’re not. The turkey takes horrible. It was no flavor and the bread was soggy. The mac and cheese was so bad it brought tears in my eyes. Those beef bites….ughhh whyyyyyy! Do you soak the meat and liquid smoke? It was overly smokey. Can you truly let me down Arby’s. #fail #sticktoroastbeef

First visit at this location. Look at my other reviews, I normally give good reviews but this one cannot be. My chicken cordon blue sandwich was not good. The chicken portion was burnt and cold. My wifes fish sandwich was cold, obviously it had been sitting for a while. Our fries were mixed with cold fries and fries that were not cooked long enough. I will give them another try later, hopefully I can raise the review. The shake tasted artificial. The oreo bites were good, the children’s roast beef was good.
