Me and my mom went to the Western Emporium Sunday morning to have their breakfast buffet. It was really good. The brownies were amazing little note. I wish they would’ve put the how much the buffet costed on the menu because we couldn’t find it and if it wasn’t for the senior discount, we would’ve not been able to pay for it.

I give this 5-stars because our waitress Gracie deserves it. Every time she is our server, she knows what we want ahead of time, delivers our drinks and food in a timely manner and is so hard-working. This place is lucky to have such a hard worker on their staff!

I went to this place because I heard they had liver and onions, which I have been on the search for. After sitting down and asking the waitress, low anx behold, they did! Now, that’s a dish that is easily messed up, so I was anxious about knowing how the chef cooked it and the taste. They started me off with split pea and ham soup, which had large chunks of ham and was very hearty! The only thing was that it was a bit spicy for my taste, but the temperature was on point. Finally, the main dish was brought out, and it looked so decadent. The chef cooked the liver in bacon grease and served the liver with onions and the cooked bacon! To say it was amazing would be an understatement. The sides of mashed potatoes with brown gravy, buttered toast and peas were also a very good touch!
I also was pleased with the service I received from Michelle (I think that’s the waitress’ name), as she was on top of bringing the food out and was so friendly! I will definitely be going back!

I’m from the south and me and the girlfriend were really looking forward to a greasy spoon café diner and was severely letdown… The waitress brings us this kiddie size glass of water and then think we We’re gonna sip on it all day because we never got a refill… Get a club sandwich…..Lettuce… Which, in my opinion who puts lettuce on a club sandwich… The whole thing….. I asked for it dry …they put mayonnaise on it. I asked them not to cut the sandwich…..They cut it into four little finger foods… I just wanted a real sandwich and my girlfriend had a Philly and hers was OK but I had to sit and watch her eat and there was hardly anybody in the restaurant and just because they put mayonnaise on it. It still took them another 15 minutes to make me a sandwich… On top of all that they charged me a dollar for extra tomatoes… Whoop-de-do two tomatoes equals a dollar… Then if I pay with a debit card that charged me an extra dollar… Nothing screams broke business like a credit card charge…..I was sooo let down because we really don’t have no cafes on the west end…It’s either the heights or laurel….

Worst first experience of any casino/restaurant/bar in all of Montana. One particular girl in the casino wait staff with brown hair and a ponytail was extremely rude, disrespectful and offensive. Completely unable to articulate her words with class and courtesy. I will never go back and will not recommend to anyone. I cannot believe that I was excited to try place.
