We went in last Saturday. The food was good. The service was exceptional! The little gal taking orders was so friendly. I watched her help an elderly couple after we had ordered. She me the feeling that she enjoyed her job and was happy to serve customers. I wish I could remember her name. 5 stars from me.

Food was great prepared very fast. The lobby is so cold thou you can’t sit and enjoy your food. It looks pretty not functional. Had to go out and get coats and blankets to finish food in dining room. Also the staff was worried about beating drive thru times of other stores being loud while we were in the restaurant.

I understand about being short staffed, but I sat at the drive thru window for about 5 mins and watched them rebag my order 3 times with 3 people doing it and still forgot my sauce for my French dip… I did not have time to go back and get it. Very disappointed because I do enjoy the French dip and it’s just not the same without the sauce!
