I ordered their new garlichouse whatever. I spent 25 on two meals for me and my 10 yr old son. My roast beef was black. Black. Im almost positive my samdwich had been sitting under a heat lamp half the day. My sons chicken nuggets were literally like jerky. I should have known when I got my order in about 3 mins. I was going to say something, and I should have, but people started streaming in, and I wanted to have a little tact about it. So I just left. I normally love Arbys, but this was bad enough I may never eat at Arbys again. Ever. Anywhere.

I dont know what happened to Arby’s, but that cheese steak was probably one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. The whole thing was soggy. Wayyyy to much sauce. Seriously, at almost 15 bucks, it’s absolutely insane arbys is charging the prices they do.

We went in last Saturday. The food was good. The service was exceptional! The little gal taking orders was so friendly. I watched her help an elderly couple after we had ordered. She me the feeling that she enjoyed her job and was happy to serve customers. I wish I could remember her name. 5 stars from me.
