Walked in to the lobby at 9:25PM. No employees were at the counter or drive-thru window. Heard laughter and people on their phone in the back.
Nobody came out when we asked if anyone was there. Promptly left without being seen or served.

The worst service I’ve ever had was when they served me a cup of coffee and it was just a glass of water mixed with milk. It was never good coffee, terrible service.

This place is nasty!! i watched an employee drop a cup pick it up if the floor full it and give it to the drive thru. The coffee tastes like crap bit like other dunkin I travel all over and they all are quite similar due to it being a franchise which is why i stick with it. But theirs is nasty and bitter. The bathrooms are filthy. Floors sticky around toilet toilets unclean with fecal matter all over it. You can tell it’s been there a while and I was in there very early in the morning before 7am. Who ever management is need to get on the ball. I’ll keep going to the one by cvs on the other end of main st. Clean restrooms attentive courteous staff.

For the first time at this location, ever, I had a really bad experience. The man at the drive thru said they were out of skim milk. They seemed odd but I was like ok well do you have low-fat?
He said yes we do so I said ok, coffee with low fat milk please.
He then literally yelled loudly “we don’t have that!” It was really rude and also, like how does Dunkin not have different types of milk?

I ordered a donut, hash browns and a toasted corn muffin with butter. The hash browns were cooked thoroughly and were delish. The muffin however couldn’t even be considered warm, maybe room temperature at best and had a big glob of unmelted buttet in the middle. This was not at a peak and there was no line.
