Emily Gibson was amazing. She was taking orders, cooking, and running food to the drive thru orders. Everyone else looked to her for leadership. The manager that was there was worthless. He had no idea how to manage. He watched them struggle rather than pitch in to help. Place was dirty, out of roast beef, several sodas, milk, etc. I spoke with the manager and his response was “I don’t know what to do Not my fault.” Absolutely horrible experience except for the kindness Emily showed. She should be the manager with an incredible raise. A good manager would have seen only 1 roast put in the oven and planned ahead but instead he decided to not worry about it. However leadership starts at the top with the store manager. This kid hasn’t been taught how to be a leader so not totally his fault either.

Night crew was outstanding accommodating my family traveling. They we’re kind, and quick to explain the details of our order. I didn’t catch their names but it was a great group of kids and they deserve some recognition. Bravo!

Stopped here for dinner while traveling. The Sandwiches were fresh and hot and very good. Service was quick which we were greatful for. The sales person was friendly. I would definitely stop here again. Easy to get to as well from off of I-70.

Went inside to order, and it was overall clean. The cashier was nice and appreciated him letting us know orders may be a 10-minute wait. Also appreciated that they offered to wait to make our milk shakes until the food was ready.

Service is not like it use to be. When the girl taking our order is complaining that they have to many people to serve. Mind you it was a total of 4 cars doesn’t sound like they know what a busy day of working is. Things are definitely different in my generation. I personally hated doing nothing at work. In fact I still do. I want to be busy. So I hope a party of 10 come in there will be a total meltdown.

We arrived around 8pm and no one else was in the restaurant. Our order was taken quickly but the food took a very long time to be ready. Once we finally got the food, we were missing several orders of fries and an entree. While waiting to notify staff of missing items we listened to staff fight about who had to do the dishes. After receiving all items the wrap was inedible because of messiness, it was clearly made incorrectly. Tables were dirty, drink station was a mess and floors were gross. Spent $67 on a meal for my family and wish we hadn’t even stepped foot in the door.

Sorry I even stopped here. The manager is as rude as it gets. I got this half cooked and slapped together mess for my money and the manager had a problem with me not being satisfied with this. He needs better training and the cashier needs his position. Customer service matters.
