Rang me up for a sandwich I didn’t order them only gave me one pack of bronco berry sauce when I ordered an 8 piece popper Then I asked for more and he only wanted to give me one more so two sauce packs for 8 peppers. I paid over $30 for 2 to dine just to be shorted out on sauce

Went there to get dinner for my crew. Yes it was later 830 at night places my oder then was told sorry we couldn’t make it the system went down. The young man said it would be a good while for the system to reboot. When asked a good while. Was informed at least 15 mins. I said I would wait then was informed they will be closed by the time it was up. But yet the car right behind me was able to order and get their food. So I am assuming that they didn’t want to make 15 roast beef 4 orders of poppers and 4 drinks. Guess turning people away is the new thing at this location.. I advise anyone who wants to order from there they find a different location

Arrived at 8:30 pm to grab carry out and was met by locked doors despite the hours posted saying dine in and drive through was open until 10.

had a $7 two meal; roast beef and cheddar and chicken tenders. BOTH were very good. seemed bigger to me than in the past which also is good! Even so, good experience.

Food was exceedingly sub-par. Curly fries were mostly broken, overcooked pieces of curly fries. There were even pieces of crinkle cut fries in my container. That tells you so much on how much the employees care and how they are trained. There were maybe 3 or 4 actual curlies in the container. The chicken sandwich was like a McChicken, nothing special at all. We paid $20 for two combo meals. Could have gone to Wendy’s and ate much better for less. On a positive note, the dining room was very clean and spacious and the sweet tea was good.

Arrived at 8:36 and went through the drive thru, ordered a chicken wrap was told it would be 8 minutes, we said ok. Then tried to order an iced tea, and was told they didn’t have any made. Initial young man taking our order got an attitude, and we could see him walk away. Then pulled up to the window, and a young woman took our order. Finally was brought our food at 8:56 with the wrong fries. All good was room temperature, so not sure for the wait. The drive thru at night is always an issue at this restaurant.

We tried to order from the drive thru and the employee taking our order was short and uninterested in trying to take our information. We even received a receipt with only the first portion of the order. As she had rang it up then had to add on the rest of our order. We multiple times asked for no cheese. When we waited for our order as it wasn’t something readily available, which were fine waiting for. The General Manager came out to bring it to us. Before we could finish checking it to make sure everything was right, he had gone back inside and locked the door. Once reviewing what we received we found out the one item we asked for no cheese on, still had cheese on it. With no way to pull it off. We were forced to get back in the drive thru to try and fix it. Once we finally got to the speaker the lady who originally took our order, told us that we didn’t order it without cheese. But she was so short with us, there is a good chance she never even heard us say it. Even though we said it multiple times. She then told us to pull forward. Assuming they would bring out the order like they originally had we pulled forward. Only to be told by the GM leaning out the window, we should have stayed in line. And we would have to walk up to the window in front of the other cars waiting if we wanted the fixed sandwich, because he wasn’t going to bring it out. For what we paid, I would expect fresher fries and better customer service. Especially when the employee working has General Manager on their name tag.

One person working the counter and one person doing the drive up, they both had to cook their own food and couldn’t wait on other customers until the food was done for the customer in line first, won’t be going back there anytime soon.

The sandwich I ordered only had meat on half, other side was bread and cheese. I got a meal with curly fries and they were hard and I had thought they’d maybe sit for too long.

Its Arby’s and they do it well. This is the one to go to in town, the one over by Target on the West end is usually cold and served some very off roast beef and au jus that made me sick. So go to Shiloh, always a good experience.
