I would not advise anybody to go to this Sonics. I only go here for emergencies meaning on my route home,and even then my orders are not right. I went there for happy hour to be informed at the window that my speciality drink and slush was not honored during “happy hour,” because I knew my total was wrong. This particular Sonics need some major management. It’s always an issue here.I don’t see how they got a three point eight rating. Im sorry it’s just poor service all around.

Matthew and Sunny were SOOO awesome! They took my order and made my food perfect. Then they brought everything to me with a smile and let me know if I needed anything else they would be happy to help me! I’m from Hutchinson but I work over here twice a week and a couple of my kids live here. I will be coming back to this Sonic anytime I need some great food and even better customer service!!

6:50pm on a Tuesday, pull up drive thru lights off. Ok maybe they are only taking orders via the parking stalls, there are 4 other cars in lot. Pull into a stall push the button, 3mins later nothing. Push button again, voice comes on as if they just pushed the button to make the notification on their end quit. Carhop (on roller skates) comes out with the car next to us order, lean out window and ask if they are open. She ROLLS her eyes just as fast as shes rolling on them skates and COMPLETELY ignores us. At the very least just come across the thing and say we are closed, dont ignore and be rude.

Waited over 30 minutes to get food when I got it it was missing 7 items, when I went up to the building to ask them if I could get the rest of my food, the worker told me I was in his way and left. Used to love Sonic. Won’t be coming back.

The workers were super nice I had never actually seen a sonic worker on skates, the gentleman, Matthew who served us was very efficient on said skates and it was really cool to see. He also made time for our request of extra napkins, etc even though they were very busy. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I parked and I looked over the menu it was 10:40 pm when I pressed the button to order and the gentleman said “welcome to sonic what can I get for you?”
I was about to order 5 Jr double cheeseburgers and he said “our grill is closed we can only offer you fry products “
And I’m just sitting here thinking, we got her 20 plus mins before they closed and he asked “what can I get for you?” Instead of right off the bat saying
“Sorry our grill is closed and we are only offering fried products.”
So needless to say the whole experience was disappointing. So yeah, if you come to this sonic before they close, i would just immediately ask if they are open because the hours they have listed online clearly do not mean anything.

We were served burnt bun with dry chicken! My dog didn’t even want to eat it! Drinks are still awesome! Sad the food quality is sent out so badly! Will return but for drinks only! Do better kids!

Always ridiculously slow for ‘fast food’ and there’s always at least one thing wrong with my order. Mix your shakes properly. A chocolate shake shouldn’t be off white with a bunch of syrup at the bottom.

The smash burgers are good but if you want more for your money then just get the original burgers. The burritos are the best thing. And there drinks on happy hour
