First of all, and this is directed towards Arby’s, what the heck is this? Attached two pics (family members insisted on two different places so we just gave in and went to both), the left is a McDonald’s medium drink and the right is Arby’s large Not what we expected, my kiddo and I wanted to split it but dang, a few gulps each was not enough. Seems really stingy Arbys definitely don’t waste your money on their drinks if you actually want a large. Anyways, they also forgot an item and we had to go in, then they weren’t very polite when we asked for the sauce that comes with it and they handed over exactly 1. Overall, not a pleasant to look at restaurant, impolite staff, and ridiculously stingy drinks lol won’t be going back.

Had to repeat order 5 times. When got to window had to repeat again because half the order wasn’t entered. After some time had to go ask for order. When asked for additional horsey and Arby sauce, manage just walked away. An employee threw several packets in bag, then tossed bag to us. One of the items was supposed to be crinkle but got burnt curly fries. Will definitely think twice before returning.

I really enjoy arbys food. I took stars away because the Indian boy who takes orders is terrible. He is ALWAYS getting orders wrong. I would understand if he was brand new, but he’s been there a while now. When he makes mistakes it takes longer and by that time my food is no longer hot.

Ordered $50+ of food to be delivered. The shake machine was down and they wouldn’t give a refund. Doordash wouldn’t give a refund. Upon calling 3x I was hung up on 3x. Never going here again. Also telling everyone to skip this location. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.

Food was served quickly, but there seemed to be lack of management happening. Lots of laughing, interruptions, while I was trying to give my order. Had to repeat a few times, and couldn’t understand the order taker. Steak ends were burnt.. got unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea.. and my beef n cheddar sandwich I couldn’t even hold due to meat being all over. I will still eat again, just not 5 stars in my book..

We waited over 20 minutes for two sandwiches and paid $12.77. The sandwiches were about 1/2 the size they used to be, and the Turkey Club had rotten lettuce on it. Feeling ripped off is bad…almost getting sick is inexcusable. Threw out more than we ate.
