This was the rib eye sandwich. Wrapped in generic foil/paper. The sandwich was stuck to the paper so bad I had to spend 10 minutes picking paper off that was stuck to it. It was about the size of your normal slider. After about two bites i hit something burnt inside that didn’t belong on the sandwich and threw it away. Please do better Arby’s.

Foidxwas great but the lady running the front counter made us feel unwelcome and like we were imposing on her. We understand they are busy and short staffed so we tried to be understanding but she rushed us through our order rudely.

Overall, food is fine. But the service is HORRIBLE, we noticed they forgot our 5 piece chicken and we could barley get their attention because they just gave us our food and left! Even at the speaker the girl (who is probably new) was someone from my high school who body shamed me and she was clueless about everything! She was incredibly loud at the speaker and we could barely understand her. I know it sounds wrong because she’s autistic but that shouldn’t be an excuse.

Food was OK but if you can’t at least clean the tables then perhaps you shouldn’t even bother. Every table was dirty and I had to ask for a towel and cleaning bottle to clean and wipe a table and chairs for us to dine in and ended up cleaning and wiping a table for a couple that came in right behind us. The guy they had working the counter was about clueless and I’m not so sure he wasn’t high on something and while we were trying to place our order was texting on his phone.

Arby’s is the place to be these days with mouth watering food and excellent customer service that will leave you wanting to come back. Easy to get to just off the bypass or if you’re already in town head west a few minutes for food you’re sure to crave in the future

The only reason I give it a two star is because it’s actually comical we’ve gone there four times and every time our order is wrong we probably will not be going there again we ordered the classic roast beef sandwich and got beef and cheddar if you call it cheddar and I ordered crinkle fries and got curly fries and every time we go it’s wrong. Order at your own risk

I ordered a roast beef with cheddar and jalapeños bites. I got 2 double roast beef sandwiches and 3 spicy chicken sandwiches. I called them and told them, they blamed Door dash and when I told them THEY put the receipt WITH MY NAME ON THE RECEIPT on the bag. I told them THEY were the ones that put the wrong receipt on the bag. They told me to bad. Take it up with Door dash. Terrible service
