I ordered a chicken sandwich and the girl who took my order was absolutely rude. And went to eat my sandwich and it’s ABSOLUTELY disgusting the chicken had literally been out for at least four hours or more won’t be seeing me back ever again. It’s crazy to me that people don’t follow mandatory protocols and do there job correctly.

I went to Arbys yesterday, it was so hot in there. I ordered our food. My son’s meal was ok. Mine wasn’t. I don’t like to complain. I got a gyro meal. The bread was hard. I couldn’t bite into into it. I ate half of it, and threw it away. The lady was yelling at my autistic son for opening up a closet. I apologized saying he’s autistic. She just kept on. I’m like I’m sorry. The staff was just joking around in the back, and being quite annoying.

I went in yesterday to get lunch, and the service was slow, the employees were curt and rude, and the food was supbar. On top of all of that, one of the employees was yelled at and forced to leave by who I assume was the manager. I don’t know what was said but I doubt it deserved the kind of treatment that was given, it was unprofessional and I’ll never be coming back to this location. Shame on them for treating people this way.

Came in for dinner. I got the roast beef slider. It was cold. The cheese just played on top it wouldn’t even melt. We asked for napkins and were informed they were out!!!

I work nights and it is great that this fast food restaurant is open so late. I am not a huge fan of fast food but, I can eat the sandwich and Ice tea. The main reason I go there is for Kathrine. She is great, friendly and interactive. The best part is my protection dog absolutely LOVES her. I have never seen him respond to someone like he does with Kathrine. She is a keeper Arby’s I hope you tell her and show the appreciation she deserves.

The food is pretty solid I won’t lie, but the service is bad! Asked me to pull up and waited about 10-15 minutes. When I got home and checked my bag I didn’t even have 1) crinkle fries 2) my dip for my French dip 3) no sauce that I asked for twice.
Absolutely ridiculous and didn’t even get a receipt to prove anything!
