Food was ok , fairly decent , but when I went to get a refill of soda I noticed how dirty it was on counter beside/ behind fountain , an old fry and what appeared to be mouse droppings on counter , kind of grossed me out

Dined here 11/17/22 at about 11am. Ordered the chicken bacon Swiss. It was far from good. It was cold. The chicken part was super small, the bun was way bigger, and it was mostly super thin. Like almost as thin as the bacon. Very disappointed. On a side note the curly fries were good

Dine-in and mask free with proper distancing of tables. Good to see some normalcy returning especially to one of my favorite fast food chains. I have always enjoyed their flavorful thin roast beef piled high on a fresh sesame bun and the crispy curl fries. The young lady was very personable but did mess up of our order as my wife order the chicken club wrap but got the chicken pecan salad wrap. My wife went with it but not a fan of fruit mixed with the chicken salad but said it had good flavor. Just nice to be inside enjoying a meal, even if it is fast food.

I went to pick a DoorDash up through the drive through I assumed the lobby was closed because I see a worker cleaning and everyone was in the drive through. When I get to the window I say the DoorDashers name and one of the employees came and asked the order so I confirmed it. He handed me the bag without it closed and having stickers on the bags or drinks so I kindly asked for stickers. He said yes then the window was open and overheard the female manger saying “I never heard someone coming through the drive through for a DoorDash make sure you confirmed because people lie” then came with the food and shoved it out the window to me very rudely. Very very unprofessional of her!! I’ll be making a complaint to DoorDash also! Very disappointed in the Arby’s employees tonight. Please don’t work in fast food/ customer service if you’re going to be overly rude to your customers!!

Ordered a classic roast beef sandwich throu the drive thru. Got to work and it had cheese and BBQ sauce on it! No one answered when I attempted to call there. Two prior visits I asked for crinkle fries and curly fries. No more Arby’s for a while!

If you want good service you have to go inside, they always treat you great inside. Older lady that does the drive-thru is rude and nasty. I would hazard to guess this is why they are hardly ever busy. People want to go through the drive-thru.

I came here with my family and the service itself. I thought was amazing until I realized I got billed for an entirely extra meal. I thought the total was high, but my grandma was in the hospital so I had to go and didn’t care we just needed food. I was however upset when I checked my receipt and it made sense why my total was $13 higher than usual. Not only was I charge for an additional meal with a drink, my husband went up at a later time to purchase a drink and we didn’t even receive the drink with the secondary meal… so I was actually overcharged $16… very disappointing as the food itself was good, but I feel robbed.

Forgot the bourbon bbq sauce on my bourbon bqq roast beef sliders. I don’t know how you forget it when it’s in the name of the item. I’m at the point where my first bite of food is taking place at the drive thru window no matter what. Guess the norm will now to be to ask for extra sauce on any item that has it so whoever makes it can be reminded that it’s there. maybe I’ll do that with every ingredient, actually. Seems to be the only way to guarantee it’s there.
