Great service every time! I’ve been here a few times and the staff is always so friendly. I usually order takeout, and they’re always very careful to package the food perfectly. Tonight I decided to dine in, and the atmosphere was great—good music and welcoming staff. The food was amazing!

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the valley. Food is always delicious, everything on the menu is a must try. Huy is amazing. The picture of Bun Bo Hue I took after I enjoyed almost half bowl so it doesn’t look so presentable but trust me, must try!

I would have liked to stay longer and enjoy my food, but had to eat fast! Clean place, fast service..love the menu items! Combo pho ( I forget), kids had rolls , and chicken & rice plain… the person who took our orders super quick and welcoming, I’m not sure the set up, the other person who brought the drinks, never came back.. not sure if that’s her role … would have appreciated someone checking in.

The young ladies answering the phones and taking orders were so sweet and wonderful! They made me feel so welcomed. It was packed with hungry happy people. Tasted very authentic and fresh. This will be my go to place for Pho from now on. Telling all my friends about this place!

My husband and I have been to at least 15 different pho places (west and east valley) to find the BEST pho, and this place is by far the best! Consistent every time! Best broth – broth is very rich in flavor and noodles are perfect! Besides my mom’s and my husband mom’s pho, this is the only place we trust! Always a pleasure to eat here! Wi and his staff are awesome! Look no further!!!

Had an amazing dinner at this cozy fall-themed spot! The spring rolls were crisp and flavorful, and the wok-style tenderloin was perfectly cooked and tender. Great service and warm atmosphere — can’t wait to come back!

Food was so delicious! and a lot for your money. I got the tofu vegetable pho and shrimp spring rolls. My boyfriend got the steak pho and pork and vegetable egg rolls. Broth was the best part. I’ll definitely be coming back and I recommend this place to any pho lovers out there!

In My Opinion
I am not sure why this place has such high reviews? The first waitress was good, not great. They were specifically offering certain foods (specialty?) on a paper taped to the wall. I asked the waitress about that food, and she said, “We don’t have that.” OK. I said, well maybe you should remove that from the wall as an option? She laughed.

I was served and that was it. The waitresses never came back to fill my water, or ask if I needed ANYTHING… they never gave me my check, nothing. So, I finally asked one waitress about the bill and she said go up front. I said okay, but I want my leftovers to go, she looked confused, I then said, should I get the containers myself too. She actually said, “yes, go get the containers you need…” So I did. My hands were not washed (after I ate) and I grabbed the containers and they would not pull apart, so I put them back after handling the whole row. I bent some of them in attempts to pull them apart. I am sure the Health Department would have an issue with this. I was the only person that was told to get my own containers in that restaurant. Very strange.

Now. I will say the food (not drink) was good, not great. Customer service was horrible. I then had to wait several more minutes to pay my bill bc now they act like they dont see me waiting to pay my bill, and the person standing near the register when I first walked up took off in back… . It was full after 9p.m. on a Friday (not a big place)… Also, some woman who came in was waiting for a long time. She was getting frustrated also. Legend has it she’s still waiting.

I have eaten pho before and this is in the middle as far as taste goes. My favorite place for pho is Devangs off 19th Ave. It’s delicious and they have better customer service, and a much larger menu, and more seating… You should try it there. I definitely recommend it.

If Camelback Pho in Phoenix can not seat people in a timely manner, and serve them properly, then they need more servers who have time or even care to do their job properly. Come on, waitressing is not that difficult, but is is an art of sorts, a bit of a talent if you will; and those who do it well should get tipped well. People who are willing to spend money (over pay) for food these days should be treated better.
I’ll never go back to this restaurant again.

Personally, I don’t like to do the waitresses job. What ever happened to the server boxing your food for you? No server even boxes the food anywhere now, they just hand you the container. Well, not this place, it’s worse here.

If a server boxed my food properly as is there job to do I would tip better. Why tip if they don’t care to do a good job for THE CUSTOMER
