Got 2 coupons for free slider dew to a wait ar the Arby’s in Savage MN , tried to used it next visit employee said this a expired , I ask to show it to me all I got from them this coupons no good and they said I should get it in the first place ,
Not the expiration got me frustrated but the attitude of employee was kinda rude

I was greatly ompressed by Sandra
As I entereded the facilty I noticed Sandra assisting a Deaf Hard of Hearing customer using sign language
As a Special Education Teacher it was a beautiful sight
Not only is Sandra beautiful in her appearance but also her heart
She truly cares about her customers
When it was time to order
She showed me the same compassion and patience
I had a wonderful experince and all staff was working as a team
But most of all please recognize Sandra on my behalf
Perhaps your store could give her a gift card
She is am amazing employee

I have to say…their “night crew” has always been good to me.
Polite, great service with friendly smiles and quality fast food.
Which is why I keep coming back for my favorite items on their menu!
Also… A Huge *Shout Out* to Daniel & his crew on Saint Patrick’s Day evening… Our Ruebens were WAY better than expected (even better than Ze’s Diner)! Thank you!!

Tonight’s meal was a waste of money. What used to be good somehow turned bad. Other than the shakes. Chicken club wrap was dry, jalapeno bites were woody and greasy and the Grand, Turkey Club was a mess. Won’t be back for since time.

Roast beef n cheddar, means just that. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for you to screw it up.

We got there for lunch around 1:00. Waited about 6 minutes for our freshly prepared food. The fish sandwich was steaming hot and coating crispy. We enjoyed the green shamrock shakes with our meal which were the best!

This used to be a 5 star review. The experience we had today was so terrible, it’s not even worth the one. The manager has the personality of a wet mop, and is incredibly rude on top of that, the cashier was too busy flirting with a customer to bag up our food, which was an absolute mess. We were harassed over a coupon, then watched them give a 30 dollar order to the next customer for free. We ended up spending less than we would have with the coupon. There’s a reason this place is dead as a door nail.
