Was harassed multiple times on my way in to get pizza and again when I went in to grab the mnms brownies that were forgotten. I called to see if they could refund me over the fund as I was already home and they said “there’s nothing they can do” I have to walk by these creeps again……. And come in to solve the issue

The cashier, Emily, was rude throughout my visit. Although the store was short-staffed, I walked in and still waited about 40 minutes for my food. I understand that online orders are given priority; however, I’ve been to other locations that handle high volume much more efficiently and ensure customers are in and out in a reasonable time. While waiting, I noticed Emily repeatedly giving attitude to walk-in customers and telling them they should order online due to a 50-minute wait. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I won’t be returning to this location. The staff could benefit from better training in customer service and professionalism.

Ok first of all it’s one woman working l. I ask her nice if she can put gloves while during my orders. She stated she not touch the physical pizza so she felt there was no need for gloves. But I saw wipe her sweat touch money and not wash her hands. she just starting going slow and just not taking anyone’s order. Ok so I’m wait maybe 15-30 mins for two pizza and 2 things of wing. The whole experience was unprofessional and never will I return. My chesse pizza was over burned compared to the pepperoni pizza

I think Little Caesars works better when you order online. I had been seeing on tic tok the crazy puffs and wanted to try them. I ordered 2 boxes online. When I went in, my code was not working to open the box, and the employee was super nice and helped me get my order. When I got in the car, I was expecting my food to be cold because I was late picking up my order, but NO! My puffs were super hot and fresh!! When I say these puffs are soooo good guys. They were made to perfection. I love this location!

I don’t know if it’s the app or if somethings going on in the store but probably not gonna order online no more. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and the box shows that it’s stuffed crust but the pizza wasn’t stuffed crust at all. I appreciate the manager giving me her time and a refund but this isn’t the first time that this store or the app has screwed up my order.

I’ve visited this location a couple times this week and I have to say the employees are phenomenal. Not only do they make the pizzas with great quality but they also do a great job of using proper etiquette and welcoming customers. Johanna exhibits excellent qualities at your store and is always helping out customers no matter what time of the day, whether it’s busy or less busy she’s always on the move and either cleaning or tending to the customers at the register. I’d go to this store location any time. Thank you
