This place is an absolute nightmare anytime it gets busy. The old white lady that seems to be running the show loses all composure and just talks and acts to customers however she wants. Oh so sorry to inconvenience you! Somehow this place has turned making sandwiches into rocket science. Ill keep coming back when I have a hankering for a roast beef sammy but man its a pain in the neck getting it.

So Rude! How many times does the “Arby’s Owner” need to say “Im very sorry for your experience, please tell me more ” before something is done about this location. As a 42 old woman, I have never been so insulted in a customer service situation in my life. I work in customer service, if I ever treated a customer this way, I would lose my job immediately. Is there not a camera in this store to view and listen to the way I was spoken to after simply asking for some extra mayo packets for the 6 sandwiches that I ordered for my family. I was told by the lady cutting meat “Everyone nowadays thinks they’re a bunch of princesses and people don’t know how to order online..” And after I told her she was being rude, And I am a customer. She straight up, told me “actually, you are not my customer. You’re just an online person…and you don’t know how to take a joke.” And proceeded to call me a princess again. Holy crap! I walked in with a smile wearing camo after spending an hour in below zero temperature working on my car with my boys, FAR far from a princess lady! My sons waiting in the car after seeing me upset were so appalled by her behavior that they went into the store to ask for management, and she said that she is management and ” doesn’t your mom know how to take a joke.” This was not a joke This was an insult and to get out of the store. This manager needs to be fired Immediately. The worker behind her seemed to feel very embarrassed and apologetic to me, he actually apologized for her.. I can’t believe this happened to me. I have never, in all my years done a review. This is my first time, and it is because I am so upset. I have a feeling that the “Arby’s owner” doesn’t care.. And they’re going to do nothing about this Anyways.. Employees need to be trained to greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude. You never know what people are going through that could be the only smile that they get that day.
Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and grace. If this lady is extremely annoyed with giving good customer service and being nice to people. She should not be in customer service.

My mom went in to pickup an online order, then she asked for, and I quote “a handful of mayo packets” and the assistant manager behind the desk (older woman, looks to be in her 50s to 60s) said “oh i dont know about a hanfdful, gosh, these people doing online orders dont know how to place their orders” my mother told her she ordered six sandwiches, and she responded with “we aren’t all princesses are we?”
Because she asked for a handful of mayo? When my mother told her she was being unnecessarily rude and she was a customer they just responded with “oh it was just a joke, you aren’t a customer anyways”

Breaking news, people who order food are no longer customers.

Wether it was meant to be a “joke” or not this is very inappropriate behavior for someone working in customer service.

There was a coworker behind her who apologized for her behavior, and he was very nice and helpful.

Luckily the food was good.

I like Arby’s. And I would like to order here. However the last two times I’ve stood at the register no one will take my order. Today even after it was pointed out to the employee she just looked at me and walked away. Good thing BK is right there. They will take your order.

Ordered a brisket sandwich, fries and a gyro. Waited forever to get in the drive thru. All the food was cold. Fries were cold and hard. Brisket sandwich tasted like the box it came in. I’d recommend eating out of the dumpster outside. It’s the same experience and it won’t cost you $21 for the same trash they serve inside.

Arby’s is of my favorite restaurants. They have the best beef in town. The beef and cheddar is perhaps one of my favorite sandwiches. However, I also love the French dip and the turkey gyro. Mmmm mmm it’s good. Pro tip: when ordering to-go, make sure to get sauce packets, even if you don’t want it with your meal. You never know when you might want their sauce on a different sandwich later.

Incredibly rude if you ordered ahead and pulled up too quickly. Even when they aren’t busy. Apparently, go through the drive thru otherwise they will leave you waiting outside and your food will be last and cold! No sauces and half full fries.

Ordered my food on app I came in the store and no acknowledgment of me coming in but as I waiting for my order one older man was obviously very annoyed by an order come to find out it was mine he was frustrated with it and I was standing right there and he got frustrated as well with the fry container getting stuck and then he complained he had all these drinks which I had was a small sprite medium Coke Zero and a large Dr Pepper and a bottle water which now made me feel like I was a inconvenience to him also when I finally grabbed my order the person didn’t even ask if it was my order but yes it was but man really put me in a mood I get it’s frustrating but please don’t do it in front of customers also my husband ordered steak nuggets and only got 4 and like a slice if that not even a full nugget

I had a very interesting experience at the Rosemount Arby’s. Went through drive through and one of the items ordered was the turkey, bacon, ranch sandwich – but when I got back home to eat it there was no turkey in the sandwich. I went back to the restaurant and they were very apologetic and offered to make me another sandwich – but when I got home there was no bacon this time. I was also given two free sandwich coupons but both are expired. It seems like staff needs a little more attention to details.

Girl at the window was positive, inviting, and accommodating! They must have heard me say something about my favorite thing not being available here and gave me a free shake!!!

Update! 04/11/2025 drove thru and came back to get Arby’s sauce they forgot (I ordered a few different sauces, so they probably got confused) and I thought I might as well get more sliders while I’m back, and they gave me the sliders for free!! Love the service here
