I ordered the 8 piece grilled chicken nugget, medium macaroni and cheese, and a large iced tea. I had to go in to order carry out because drive thru was packed. I had to wait for my order once I placed it. When I left with my order I go to eat it and everything
was cold! The chicken nuggets were teeny tiny pieces. The mac and cheese was cold and the cheese topping one shade of burnt, the pasta waa dried out, and the container was only half full. I don’t know if they gave me yesterday’s mac and cheese or what but it was the worst I’ve ever have had. I believe the iced tea was the wrong size as well because the last time I got a large iced tea it was in a bigger cup.

Absolutely wonderful girl at the counter. Food was a -1 star. I got 4 of the most pathetic pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen for $12 and my wife got 2 ounces of the stuff scraped from the bottom of the fryer labeled nuggets. We also got a shot glass of wilted fruit for $4. Terrible. Save your money and stop at a gas station for 10 times the food that probably tastes better.

The last two times I went to this location, I’ve had issues. A couple months ago, they got my order wrong and due to dietary issues, I couldn’t eat it. They wouldn’t reimburse me unless I brought it back that day so i did. Which took up the rest of my lunch hour for work. They were all rude about except one person.
I decided to give them another try recently and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. After a longer wait than normal, they gave me my sandwich. When I got back to work with it; it was the tiniest, toughest chicken breast I’ve eaten. I won’t be going back. The service was nice. I didn’t let them know this time because I didn’t see the point. I was hungry so I ate it and hoped it was cooked properly

No matter the weather, there is always an employee outside to take your order.
The line moved very quickly and our order was ready shortly after we pulled up to get it.
All employees who we spoke to were pleasant to speak with.

First time going there for lunch with my wife. Greeted when we entered, covered the menue board, has lots of choices including very good looking salard choice, placed our order very nice clean and nicely decorated, just very nice.
Food came chicken sandwich, fries and drink, the food was prepared very good, tasty, good flavor, fries cooked perfect.

Possibly the worst Chic-fil-a location I’ve ever visited. Employees appear agitated at best. Two consecutive trips I have been shorted food I paid for. It might just be the chain but in general food quality is way lower than even just last year at chic-fil-a. I’d visit Panera instead if you’re hungry in Farmington.

I’m going to start off by saying this is my favorite fast food place. Across the country it’s generally the same, hot food with good service. With that being said, this one in Farmington just served cold nuggets and instead of waffle fries I got potato ends as all but three of my fries. Call me picky but if I’m paying for something I expect a standard and cold nuggets with potato ends isn’t it. The drink was fine though.
