We stopped last night at the grand ave location in Wausau and usually it’s “not bad” but last night was junk ! Fries cold and hard, not even the microwave could save them. Gyro the pita was old dry and crumbled apart, had to use a fork to eat it. And the new turkey sandwich with stuffing was like dog food! Not what you see in the adds ! To top it off it took for ever. Won’t be going back.

Dylan Was wonderful, he took my order and at the window when I pulled up he apologized right before he even took my payment saying he was the only one currently working and I would need to wait a couple minutes for my order especially since he had just dropped fresh fries. After I received my order he also gave me a free shake of my choice for my patience in waiting for my food. Dylan was very pleasant in every aspect of his service and it is customer service like that, which prompts guests to continue to come back as well as the amazing Rueben he made me 🙂 Thanks again Dylan for your incredible work. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

Seems like only one worker was working the entire restaurant. I felt so bad for the work load they had to go through. Waited super long in the drive through, my buns were burnt, part of my order was missing and the staff member had to go back and correct that.

The classic beef and cheddar had very very little beef compared to any other arbys I ate at as recently as 2 weeks ago.
Paid for 2 med drinks tirns out they were small drinks.
The honey mustard sauce with the 9 pc nuggets was overwhelming mustard and tasted awful didn’t eat more than 1.
The place is old. The women’s bathroom was dirty and stank. The floors, tables, and booths all were dirty and greasy and the decor was very outdated.
If they are shirt staffed, which they were not. Its due to lack of sales as people like me would never return.

Ordered through the drivethrough here and as I started eating the fries I noticed there was hair/little fuzzy things all over the fries. I went back and went inside to return them and I noticed garbage all over the floor and the back looked unkept. Never going there again and don’t recommend.

Food was good, but the drive through employee took really long to take orders, waited at least 5 minutes just to have order taken. Didn’t really say anything at the window. Was not rude, but not polite either, just literally didn’t say anything.

Amazing food and great service. The man behind the counter was super kind and awesome. I would definitely recommend going here especially since the food was perfect. I’d recommend the beef and cheddar or the chicken tenders. The food is always fresh and delicious when I come to this store, unlike other stores it’s clean and handles everything well. No complaints from me.
