Terrible terrible service. Had a big order so I placed an online order for future pick up. Went to go pick up later than the reserved time and the order wasn’t even ready. The girl at the register clearly didn’t want anything to do with the customers as me and another couple were waiting to be waited on as she paced back and forth avoiding eye contact. Finally got my order and was missing half of it, when I politely addressed the issue both the drive thru lady and the register girl m, both of them rolled their eyes and did not even apologize, they stuffed my missing items in a bag jammed it on the counter. My fries and poppers looked like they were intentionally dumped inside my bag. I pointed out that the fries I received were wrong and the size was wrong, the register girl just looked at me and rolled her eyes some more. I just what I got of my order and walked out. Neither of them uttered a word to me, just a bunch of eye rolls. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless you’re trying to have a bad day and lose money.

We visited through drive-through. The girls was beyong rude. We asjed for a drink carrier. She slammed the window infront of us. She ABSOLUTELY didnt mark the drinks so we needed to try them all due to our diabetic child.

I live close by, whether I order or go through the drive-thru they always mess it up. Like today I ordered a French dip curly fries and a soda, along with the loaded bacon ranch fries and they forgot those. The people that work there do not care and it seems like they’re just waiting to go home I will never eat there again.

Came in to pick up a door dash and I’m not understanding why they are talking to each other about an employee like he is a child who has to be watched about their phone and air pods? If an associate is listening to music in the back with an airpod, what is the issue? Music harms nobody. But other than that, why make everyone watch said associate then you also get straight on your phone to text after? Lead by example.

Customer service is very poor. Jessica was very rude and basically threw my food at me. They had 3 Customers and forgot a bunch of my food so I went back and the guy at the counter was rude and gave me cold food. Frys where in the bag upside-down and the sandwich looked like a 3 year old put it together, basically threw the stuff on a wrapper and sent it out. Had to put my own sandwich together. I would avoid this place at all costs

Dylan Was wonderful, he took my order and at the window when I pulled up he apologized right before he even took my payment saying he was the only one currently working and I would need to wait a couple minutes for my order especially since he had just dropped fresh fries. After I received my order he also gave me a free shake of my choice for my patience in waiting for my food. Dylan was very pleasant in every aspect of his service and it is customer service like that, which prompts guests to continue to come back as well as the amazing Rueben he made me 🙂 Thanks again Dylan for your incredible work. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

I’ve been to Arby’s before when I had a craving for a Ruben sandwich. They were pretty darn good. But the last one I got was just not the same. They don’t put as much sourcraut on it anymore, which changes the taste. I won’t be going back when I get the craving again.

The classic beef and cheddars were 2 for 7 which i thought was kinda a rip off. The sandwich wasnt even filling. Not enough beef and for 350 each it should be filling.
