Best Arby’s I’ve been to in a while. Went twice over this last week and have realized that the morning crew has only about 2 good workers. The rest were on their phones or laptop! On December 20, 2025, we had a late lunch of the barbecue beef sandwiches at the Columbus Arby’s. The food and service was fantastic and the restaurant was clean and inviting. Ocean, the Arby’s employee who waited on us, deserves special recognition. Her service, attention and overall professionalism was outstanding. Ocean’s diligence and dedication made our visit awesome. We highly recommend the Columbus Arby’s and the delicious barbecue beef sandwich!

Avoid this place during the day. The guy working clearly doesn’t want to be here. You will literally stand at the counter waiting for to order for 5+ minutes while he ghosts you. I was standing there and the guy waiting for his food actually told me it’ll be faster to just order online as that’s what he did after sitting at the counter for 10 minutes while being ignored by staff. Every time I come here it seems like he’s more interested in playing on his laptop in the corner over working.
Food and atmosphere are fine but my god the service is horrid.

Every time we get the curly fries it literally like eating the left over crumbs that are over cooked. Luckily we have a better Arby’s by us and this is a stopping point. I wouldn’t even had said anything if this wasn’t a constant accruing thing.

Service is usually pretty mixed here, most people working are usually pretty nice but it can take a while in line.
Food is also usually decent, although the mac and cheese was terrible.

Good food; good service. But I’m wondering about the QR barcode on the tables. Why do they take me to a Wikipedia page about rats? Pretty confused by this.

The food was good, the one thing that was not. Is the service as a customer why would you not say you were closing if you were close to it. Honestly we didn’t know what time this arbys closed but we arrived 10 minutes before and ordered something big. Now I know that must suck to do that but it does not permit poor surface we a lot of attitude. The worker was disrespectful if it was so close to closing time that tell us and we would have left not give us a dirty look then walk away. If your gonna be connected to a gas station be prepared for late night tourist orders

The man working the drive thru was rude, seemed annoyed, and should NOT be working in any kind of customer service Ever!!! He didn’t have a smile on his face, it was obvious this man hated his job.
