First time I ordered my usual drink and received it super diluted and almost a third of it gone from getting my venti drink with no ice. I have never had that situation happen with any establishment I’ve ever ordered from even Starbucks but most certainly not coming back to this one.

I just tried grabbing my fav drink from here and yet again not getting my drink correctly for visiting this location, paying for additional add ons in your drink and not getting one is a total bummer /:

This Starbucks in Roseville is clean and comfortable with quick service for drinks. The location gets busy and parking can be challenging during peak times. My one ongoing complaint is that the coffee tends to be quite bitter – even with customizations it’s hard to get away from that over-roasted taste. Still, it’s reliable and convenient when you need a quick caffeine fix. Good for meeting up or getting work done in a familiar setting!

My favorite Sbucks in the area. Large inside table area with several tables, outside seating available, large dedicated parking area, and a drive thru if you need it. I always go inside to order and find the service fast and friendly. Drive through can be busy at peak times…. but a great place to stop in for coffee and WiFi.

This Starbucks location looked clean, as we walked in Devrim was keeping up the cleaning.
She confirmed that they were not closed yet, inviting this in, we were also greeted and our order taken by Vanessa.
Ethan did an amazing job making all of our drinks especially my complicated twix frappe. Not a lot of people can make my drink without complications. This was the first time I’ve ever had my drink made so perfectly and the taste was on point.
Thank you all for making us a pleasant busy after a hard day of working. I’m in the middle of moving and really needed to relax. Coming here really made my night.
Also seen A new little free library addition out front. It’s a cute touch to the area

I love buying drinks from Starbucks but I know not all locations have the same care as I noticed some locations are more sanitary than others. I would highly recommend to look into products expiration dates or cleanliness.

I was having a miserable morning, popped in here while waiting for the local Vet ER to work on my dear pup. The man behind the register was super friendly, and said “you have a blessed day”… then the woman working in my food item said they were out of what I ordered. I ordered a replacement and she brought it out to me with a gift card stating “next one is on us”. What a great experience, my spirits were uplifted. Just goes to show that you never know what someone is going through but chances are you can make it better. Blown away! Thank you to the staff!

My home Starbucks that I go to almost every day got my drink wrong. I ordered a peppermint mocha as I do all year long, and they forgot the peppermint! I know they will make it right though. Mistakes happen I’m aware of that, so I’m not condemning them to much.
Update: Starbucks is doing much better. Not happy with the prices as it doesn’t cost that much to make Flavored Mochas. Now the new prices of there reusable cups being over $32.00 with tax you would think that if you purchase a cup you would get a free drink in it. Oh, thank you for bringing the raspberry syrup back!
