Drive through at 830 tonight was rudely told their system is down. He doesn’t know when it went down. He doesn’t know when it’ll go up. They’re not taking any more orders for the rest of the night. I told him hey can I talk to a general manager, they don’t have a general manager said call our district manager, I don’t care.. called the other Arby’s in the same town system has been up all day so come over and get your order.

Great crew! As I got to the counter, I was told “I’ll be with you in just a moment”. This is important. Acknowledging someone is at the counter and letting them know they matter. Once he was done taking the drive thru order, he immediately thanked me for my patience and took my order. As I was enjoying my meal, a team member came out to clean tables and asked if I was enjoying my meal. Then, on my way out, I was told to have a good night by another team member. Loved ringing that bell! Again, great crew who really do their best to make sure their diners are appreciated.

If I could give this negative stars I would. My shake first off came like water and my toppings were completely melted off it. The manager & workers should be fired for terrible quality of service. Milwaukee rd does better shut this place down already!!!

Unfortunately this place is starting to feel like it’s on its final stretch before closing. The parking lot starts it off with humongous pot holes that have been present for some time. The store inside was unkempt and dim too looking really dated. The service was just bland. No welcome, no suggestions or upsells. It’s important to say, at no point was any employee rude, just not welcoming. Now the real reason for the review, the food! I ordered mozzarella sticks (no marinara?) a French dip (cold au jus) a beef n cheddar (burnt!) and a cherry turnover (out of stock). The food was delicious and had potential but the few simple mistakes added up to a dissatisfying visit and a two star.

So i haven’t been to this location in a while because of the employees here. They were so rude and unprofessional. Well my son decided to go there a couple days ago, when asked what he wanted he was interrupted and was told he’d have to now wait. OK but after 15 minutes and now 4 cars behind him he asked in the speaker if he could order now. The young man laughs and says oh yeah.. my son says we’ll I don’t think its funny I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes. The kid continues to be rude using slanderous and hateful remarks. Now super upset my son said a few things back and said he’s not ordering but leaving now. The kid replies with more yelling unbelievable things. We’ll I go there today to try one more time because im in a hurry for lunch and im treated rudely again with the manager I take it who is doing the drive. Who is talking to me like im stupid then I proceeds to start laughing and when I get to the window she’s standing back behind another girl but keeps looking at me laughing, shaking her head and making rude remarks. Just unbelievable!! This place needs ALL NEW EMPLOYEES who know how to act!!! Never will go here again!!!
