I didn’t catch the guys names that were working these evening. But our food was delicious and the service was superb! They accidentally put honey mustard on my sub when I asked for spicy mustard. They made me a new sandwich and gave me a cookie I was like wow. This is what customer service is supposed to be like. How lovely Thank you for a great supper Penn Station Eaton!!

Generally I like Penn Station. Unfortunately this location regularly gets something wrong on every order. There is very little meat. The mayo packets are next to impossible to open with greasy fingers. They should put condiments on for you from squeeze bottles. Cookies and fries are great though. One star for each.

The cashier was more worried about their phone than looking at us to take our order. We had to pause several times in giving our order to wait on him to not be into his phone to continue giving our order. No hair nets or gloves were worn by any employee. Food was under the prep bar which only being open an hour and a half, tables were dirty, my wife stepped on a random pickle while walking towards the drink machine from the counter. The employee sat on the counter to be on their phone. The food was very bland when ordered with extra seasoning. The bread for our sandwiches was already sitting out randomly prior to making the sandwiches with flies flying around inside the place. We ended up throwing our food away. The sweet tea was not sweet at all. When complaint was made to manager via review on the web site the manager called 5 times disturbing my wife whom was working to say that he will audit each station when you could hear his kids in the background as if he was calling from home. Also made my wife sound and feel like we were the problem. We hadn’t gone to this location in a few months and we won’t be going back. Will drive further to other locations if I want penn station. I don’t recommend anyone go here but it’s not my money so buyer beware!

I usually get the Dagwood salad in which you can actually build your own salad allowing you to choose two meats as well as other toppings.
My husband gets the cheese steak wrap off the grill and loves it!

Bailey makes sure my sandwiches are perfect everytime and always has a great smile. I even see the owner working side by side with her employees daily! Just an all round great experience every time.
