Hey!!! Despite them being grossly understaffed….the customer service was really good. The young gentleman was very helpful and polite. I didnt get his name. I HATE to identify him by his tatoos but he had tats of a skeleton on his hands. I have to make mention of my experience because I’ve been to soooo many places lately where the service is bad and young people seem not to care. Again he was very polite, apologized for the short wait. Food was really good. I hadnt been to an Arby’s in a really really long time. Please let your staff know that people do recognize their efforts and to keep up the good work!

If i could give 0 stars I would. The cashier didn’t greet us at the drive through, and when we got to the window our drinks (HI-C) tasted like water. The cashier had her manager refund us for the drinks (because the first shift is in charge of changing the drink syrup ) but she didn’t apologize she didn’t even speak. Just handed us the money. They also forgot 2 of the 5 chicken tenders ordered, and brought them out in just a paper bag. The worst part of it was getting home and finding out there was NO chicken in my chicken wrap. Of all things to NOT put in a chicken wrap, the chicken? For $48 that’s ridiculous. This is why people don’t eat Arby’s

The process was super slow to get food ready. It was during a lunch hour, but it was towards the end. There wasn’t much traffic going in and out or drive thru, yet drive thru orders were being completed before online orders were taken. I had waited 10 minutes past my time noted for food and the food wasn’t all that great. Very greasy or over sauced with whichever condiment went on the sandwich.

My husband and i ordered from the app. Last night. Right away, we started getting sick. This location has always been bad, whether it be berger King, which used to he here or now, arbys. I don’t think it’s the companies, but rather the people who are highered. I wonder if they properly handling the food right and are being sanitary. I should have spent half the night in the bathroom and half my morning as well at work. Everyone needs to he fired and a new staff that cares highered and trained right. I should call the heath department to investigate. If you want to get sick come here!

Ordered $31 worth of food which was basically 1 meal 2 sandwiches 1 additional drink. None of the sandwiches were made correct despite the receipt saying what not to add. And of course the order wasn’t discovered until my son made it back home.Spending this much for food to go to the trash due to allergies is crazy.

Waiting in line 10 mins. Was stuck in drive thru… Taking one order at a time per car is not productive. A call to corporate must be the thing because this unacceptable practice.

We attempted to order at the drive thru and use a 25% off with the app, which states you should present it to the drive thru attendant at checkout. When we pulled up to pay for our order ($27+ for 2 ppl) we were informed that they couldn’t redeem the discount because their scanner didn’t work. After going back and forth with them to try and find a solution (which the attendant was not interested in helping with at all) we were finally told that we could come inside and replace our order. We left and went to chick fil a across the street where we had very good service.

Without hyperbole – worst dining experience I can remember – like ever. Dirty store, disrespectful and inattentive employees and disgusting food. The franchiser should close the location. Good grief.
