I paid almost $12 for a chicken sandwich and what I thought I should have been getting a large fry and got a medium sized fry asked if it was large and they said yes either they’ve downgraded tremendously on how much they give people and upped the price or they were lying to me to try to keep some of the money. The food was gross The chicken was undercooked and there’s no way that that was a large fry.

New crew– much better now. Stopped going there about 3 years ago because of nasty staff (seemed to be a single extended family). Sorry to see that potato cakes have been dropped and Beef and Cheddar no longer has good sauce and is quite tasteless

Ordered in the drive thru, saw that the back door was propped open. As I pulled up to the window it was also rigged open with a serving tray. There were tons of bugs flying around everywhere, outside and inside. The person inside was extremely rude and not wearing any sort of uniform. I didn’t end up eating here.

I went to the drive thru today, 4/17/23, and ordered #5 chicken,bacon, swiss medium combo with Jamocha shake. Staff today was nice ,but some have previously been rude. I was giving them a chance to redeem themselves from my last bad experience and it was a fail again. I don’t plan to return again. The curly fries were stale and hard like they had been sitting out all day. There were very few curly shaped rings like I received the batch from the very bottom of the supply fry bag . Also, the Jamocha shake tasted more like vanilla since it barely had mocha. This is the second time I came (last time in March 2023) and previously had same issue that curly fries were hard . I left and returned within 5 min. to ask staff to replace fries when I came last month and he told me they’re low on supply and can’t be giving out “free” food , which I thought that was offensive. Again, I had to ask them to add more mocha since the shake was lacking flavor.

Was asked to drive around and waited 5 minutes for food to be ready at the entrance and half our food was cold. It was clear there was only one person actually working while three female employees chatted as 2 were leaving and the one that was on shift just stood there chatting while the guy worked and there was a four car line up waiting.

Food was good don’t get me wrong but I was told my total was $17.36 and I had to pay $15 in cash and the rest on card which was no problem but then the guy at the window says I owe $5.84 after I gave him $15 in cash keep in mind of my total $17.36 I said no got charged anyway and asked for a receipt didn’t get one todays fats food workers are not what the used to be not got service

Today only 2 people were working. We ordered a meal, a large mozzarella stick, large jalapeno bite, and two Mac and cheeses. Cold fries, exploded cheese sticks, cold Mac and cheese, didn’t even give us forks to eat it with. And they took 10 minutes just to take our order and no one was there but us. Food was gross and we asked for ranch and they didn’t give us any.

Went through drive thru. Ordered the 4 for $10 deal. And a drink. Got to the window paid and got my drink then was asked to move forward and that someone would bring food to me. I asked for Arby’s sauce before pulling forward. My only complaint one of the buns was a little too crunchy for my liking.
