I went in today after I got my shift at work. We have no power and the lady behind the counter (I didn’t catch her name) was fantastic! Another couple was there without power eating their lunch around 12:30-12:45ish. They had apparently told her they didn’t have power as well. When they left they made sure to tell her thank you and have a great day and she said she hoped their power was back on soon. Before this I had placed my order and she was very nice and very quick to ring me out. She offered me sauces and immediately gave me the cup that came with the combo I ordered for my fiancé. After I placed my order I moved to the side and filled my cup. Two ladies one was probably around 50 and her mother who was older came in to place their order. They were being indecisive and taking their time choosing their items. She asked them if they were ready because they were complaining about prices from what I heard. I’m not sure if she heard them or not. She gave them time and she started filling drive thru orders because it was very busy since a lot of us don’t have power right now. She was right there and was only away from them around three minutes. When she came back asks asked if they were ready to order they said, “we’ve been ready.” I kept it to myself but seriously that was so rude of them. She politely explained she was trying to help with the drive thru orders while they made their choices. I know these ladies weren’t ready, they made a lot of complaints to each other about pricing and what they wanted. Then they asked her about options. She rang them up and they still complained amongst themselves. She was nothing but a kind and efficient server. I just wanted to give her a shout out because she was fantastic and didn’t deserve that. If you seriously don’t like the prices go to McDonalds. food was hot and fresh and everything tasted great! She made sure I had all three sauces I needed for my order first thing so it wasn’t over looked. I really appreciated her kindness and efficiency not just toward me but every customer there. My food came up way faster than I thought it would so shout out to all the people in the back as well! To the lady in the front, good job being not only cheerful but also showing kindness and efficiency!

Good food, great service! I got the jamocha shake (medium) and a double classic. The sandwich was more than enough to fill me. The shake was a little too rich, so I probably won’t finish it. But definitely worth the try!

just left and I start with FOH by saying the gentleman that took our order who I presume to be management was very professional, although to not be busy and have dirty tables and restrooms are a 50/50 for me. BOH: I give it a 93 on cleanliness only because you can still see stainless steel remover swipes all over and if you know you know. also the foo maker was quick but the freshest thing in my bag was fries, sandwich looked good but chicken was cool af. last but not least why does the staff handling food have a hat on but it still hangs in the face, that’s a good safety hazard you want to avoid. all in all I had lunch. finally your night crew needs to clean the drink nozzles, I refuse to drink from a dirty dispenser.

The service is quite fast and the staff member who takes the order and then awaits you at the window is quite kind. My favorite is the greek gyro (DELICIOUS). I also got one of the newly advertised sandwiches but even though Arby’s claim they have the meats, I did not see much in my sandwich. Also, I ordered coke zero, got a diet one instead. I believe they do not have coke zero, and even though the staff member confirmed my choice twice, he still gave me a diet coke. I would’ve preferred he told me they do not offer it so I would’ve picked something else.

We were served fast, and could serve ourselves various condiments and sodas, including 3 diet sodas. Employees were friendly. Fries weren’t super fresh. We could eat in the lobby, unlike some other Arby’s, and get free soda refills.
