Order a 1/2 pound roast beef sandwich with no bun and it leaked through the cardboard box. It was really soggy. Should really have plastic containers when someone requests no bun to prevent a mess. Plus there was no fork in the bag or napkins.

Literally just left there like an hour ago only got a large shake and some mozzarella sticks because why not? I walked over from dollar tree and attempted to order at the register, had to wait five minutes before the one employee who was directly facing me would even acknowledge my existence only for her to walk up to the register and then turn away telling her coworker at the drivethrough she ‘wasn’t doing that’ and then waited another couple minutes for a guy to come out from the back. He was nice though 🙂 , his coworker not so much

Extremely satisfied with my last visit Tuesday probably will be my last visit to this location. Ended up getting food poisoning from what I would assume was their meat but I’m not 100% sure because the light which produces the heat for the fries and whatever accessories they put in was not even turned on so it makes me wonder if there’s anything that could’ve happened there or if they red dipped old food down that had went bad but something from there gave me food poisoning and a friend of mine too and that was the only thing we had in common is that we ate at Arby’s together on top of that the amount of meat on my sandwich was pitiful for what I’m paying for it

Can I just say moldy beef!!! Super gross I took a pic called them on the phone when I got there. They only were at first going to refund or replace the one sandwich we got 3 total all sandwiches were old beef with that unusual smell when u know it’s bad. Food was old along w the fries. All room temperature. We took a total refund and got KFC instead let’s say they rocked it way better.

I got the bacon burger and it was disgusting completely raw on the inside with not sauce but the liquid of sauce covered everywhere on the bun it was unpleasant to hold as it was to taste and $16 meal more like expensive garbage

Paid over $30 for 2 sandwich meals that even had bacon in the names, neither came with bacon. Old stringy chicken patty and old cold oil soaked fries. Make food at home, its worth it.

I stopped in the drive thru to pick up something for lunch while I am at work and ordered a roast beef Gyro with extra sauce and 6 piece mozzarella sticks. When I got to work, the gyro was dripping in sauce and the wrap part was falling apart. No seasoning on the gyro either. I have never had any issues before and so this came as a surprise. Also, it didn’t taste like the gyro wrap had been heated. I warmed it up when I got to work cause I needed to eat.

The manager was very nice. Jacob at the register is high as a kite. Had to repeat our very simple order 3 times because hes spacing off and not paying attention. Once the order was up, we were missing a sandwich. Fries were cold. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Thankfully there’s another Arbys in town so I don’t have to bring my family back to this one.

I DECIDED TO BUY THE MEAT MOUNTAUN. WORST PURCHASE AT ARBYS EVER. THE CHICKEN STRIP WAS STILL RAW, THE CORNED BEEF HAD A SOURED TASTE AND THE BREAD WAS CRUSTY. THE HORSEY SAUCE WAS A LITTLE TOO STRINGY. THE BALD MAN AT THE REGISTER PASSED OUT A FEW TIMES, I WAS A LITTLE WORRIED. THE MILKSHAKE SEEMED TO HAVE BEEN MIXED, AS I ORDERED CHOCOLATE AND IT STILL HAD VANILLA!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE.
