Had lunch here on Monday, November 3rd. Destiny helped us and greeted us with a warm smile. Restaurant was clean and very well maintained. Being able to see the New Hilton hotel was quite impressive.

Ordered a Half Pound Roast Beef Meal ( 4-piece Mozzarella Stick instead of Fries, with marinara.
A Half Pound Roast Beef Sandwich ( by itself ) and a 6-Piece Mozzarella Stick with Marinara Sauce. was literally shorted the 6-Piece Mozzarella Stick. I really hate using Door Dash because with the bags being sealed they can’t and do not check for order accuracy.

Food was good but they shortchanged me when I paid in cash, and were uninterested in fixing their mistake. It isn’t that the $0.21 they shorted me is going to break my piggy bank, but it’s a basic customer service issue. If I tried to pay them $0.21 less than the total for my order, they aren’t going to give me the order unless I make up the difference.

Unfortunately I ordered a chicken sandwhich and didnt get any chicken on said sandwich. I think someone in the back made a mistake. I didnt notice until a couple bites in. When I called they wanted me to bring the sandwhich back but I couldn’t because I was driving to a meeting. If i was in store i would have gladly done it. The girl who answered wanted me to save the half eaten sandwhich and bring it back. I understand why but also Im not sure they would even believe me at this point. I just wanted to let them know someone made a mistake and Id love to come get just the sandwhich not the whole meal again necessarily but id have to come another day. I know Arbys is good so I wanted to enjoy it.

I came on my lunch break to grab some food. The service was very good. And they were very quick. Only complaint was my fries were terribly burnt. Didn’t have time to go back but… I might give them another chance one day.

I had a doordash driver go to pick up my food, an African American female told her to leave after only giving her the drinks. I called the store manager, claims he told said DoorDash driver to wait but per the video that I have seen, he never told her to wait and the African American female was being very rude and yelled at DoorDash driver to leave.

I have been coming to this arbys for at least 9 yrs i work close by. I go hear 3 – 4 times a week. I have always said its the best arbys in town. Tonight i ordered online i get there and they ask me to come in get my order at the drive thru speaker , i couldnt because i have a messed up ankle, which seem to aggravate the guy on the speaker, after abour 5 min at the window he told to pull up to the cone, 26 minutes later i get my food fries were cold dry hard, my crispy fish sandwhich wasnt cooked all the way and had a smell to it NOTHING was edible. Except the coke. Tomorrow i will be giving your food back. You lost a good customer . I will never eat here again, how your manager that was working tonight would allow this says a lot about hiw unfortunately this arbys standards have fallen

This Arby’s is on South Street about a half a mile south of monument circle. the customer service was excellent the day we walked in. We were out for the race/memorial Day parade. The food was tasty and everyone was happy. We had quite a few kids with us on this visit. The gyros were on sale so I got one for each kid. They love to them.

They have 3 signs out for $10 parking the morning of Colts game and they are trying to charge everyone here $30. Not acceptable.
