This Wendy’s location is decent. We took out our food, and it was very well prepared and tasty when we ate it 10 minutes later. The baked potato and chili were a nice complement to the usual burgers. Overall, we thought this Wendy’s was up to scratch.

My husband came to this location to get a few kid meals for my daughters. He also ordered the meal advertised as $11.79 on the menu at the drive through. When the cashier asked how many patties he said he wanted what was advertised for that price and was not sure what was included for that price. There was a brief exchange and she said “I don’t like dealing with people like you”. When he received his food, he mentioned it had some sort of chemical taste and he ended up not eating any more of the food. It’s unfortunate that even in this day and age, we have to be worried about someone tampering with our food. I am also reaching out to corporate to inquire about a refund. Beware of this location.

The interior was really nice had a fireplace, television, awards, and a soda machine with so many options. The cashier Ms. Dianne was very helpful and friendly. The food was incredible dave’s single was great along with fries, drinks and frosty. One of the best Wendy’s ive ever been too.

I’ve gone here a couple of times whenever I’m craving some Wendy’s, and I must say that I’m impressed!
I order through the app and get to the store in around 10 minutes, and each time I get here my food is ready or will be ready shortly after I arrive.
The food is good, especially the fries when they are served hot and fresh. I typically wouldn’t recommend the fries since I used to order Wendy’s through delivery, but ordering in store or pick-up is much better since the fries are not cold.
The customer service was excellent when I came here for Lent. The employee asked if anyone had a mobile order, which I did and she gave me my order immediately after I told her my name. Her attitude was great and welcoming!
The lobby is always spacious and clean, good presentation. There is also a nice “campfire” area if you just want to sit and relax.
Overall, I would recommend going here for a quick bite or dining in with family and friends!

When walking in, I was immediately impressed with the design of this Wendy’s. I don’t know if Wendy’s is doing this to all of their restaurants, but Iliked it. It’s refreshing and feels very relaxing. Food was fresh, especially the fries. The only knock on this location is the bathroom. No paper towels and it looked like it hadn’t been serviced in a while. that, this was a nice change of scenery for Wendy’s.

This Wendy’s is the closest to my house and every single time I order from them it is the worst experience. They are so slow and when you do finally get someone’s attention they’re rude. If wanted this type of service I’d go to McDonald’s. Wendy’s is supposed to be at least a little better. Do Better.

Drive thru was the worst Wednesdays drive thru I’ve experienced. I almost only wore positive reviews but I’m coming here for a negative one tonight since service was so bad. Confusing interaction with girl whose voice takes order- she wanted me to wait then when I finally got her attention again later she finally said “you can go ahead”… additionally this time is super slow – I even got food inside earlier and then experience was good and there were no customers inside and like 5 workers. There’s a guy who’s middle eastern maybe – he’s got very good service and I appreciate that a lot. But I think the girl in the window/audio needs training and it would be really ideal not wait 10-12 minutes in line at a very slow time

So the only thing I didn’t like was. The manager was a little rude because I had a coupon or something on my phone where I can get a free sandwich, and she kept trying to tell me it’s only on Tuesdays that don’t work. And she was getting frustrated. So once I called T-Mobile could you get free perks? They help me, but there was a little rude. But maybe they just had a bad day.I’m just giving the service to stars because they were not trying to help and they were just a little rude.But maybe when you go in there, it might be different
