Im writing this one while sitting at the table. The restaurant is actually pretty slow, no wait to sit today; however, the tables are sticky. The server has walked past my table (need a water refill), 8 times without acknowledging me since taking my order… worse, im right near the kitchen and no one has noticed.
The food is goodly in portion and tastes good, just maybe be prepared to bring your own drinks.

This particular IHOP good out of their way to hire international staff. I have been going there starting two weeks after they opened.
Always clean. Always nice servers. Food usually is quick coming out. If it isn’t quick, it had member been a long wait.

Got seated quick and waitress took our order then forgot about us. My wife and I sat for over an hour and I decided to leave. Waitress tried to apologize but she never in that hour acknowledge us nor apologize for the waiting, just kept walking by. Overall he Customer service
Was poor. I understand being busy but I don’t nor will I accept being ignored. The bill if we stayed would have been over 80 and bet she would have expected a 20% tip. My tip to her, learn to give better service and always keep your customers in the loop and apologize for the time delay

This place has really improved over the last few years. You used to have to wait long for your order and the food was mediocre at best. However the last few times we have gone there things have improved significantly! Our servers have been quite friendly. We don’t have to wait a long time to get our food. The food, especially the 7.00 favorites, is delicious! I highly recommend!

Nice place for lunch. We stopped by on our way home and ordered a variety of food. They have pancakes, omelets, burgers, and more.

In my search for the best Eggs Benedict, I had to try IHOP. The place was empty for early lunch time. I was searching for someone to seat me in this large diner, as the hostess was on her phone hidden by the wall. As I made myself known, the waitress seemed put out by my presence, which was confirmed by her slamming my water in the table. I let it go.
Then my EB were not runny! Ugh! The whole idea of the EB is, egg yolks galore! If course air sent it back when my eggs were well done. The hallendaise was not even rememerable. Thankfully my waitress became a bit more gracious after sending back. Hmmm, why wait with the attitude adjustment. That effects your tip %.
Needles to say, this was not worth the $ I paid, especially when they just toss a bunch of potatoes in deep oil and call it…what? I can’t even remember. FAIL! This was not worth the $$.
