I’ve been to this Arby’s in the drive-through twice in the last month, and the service the worker gave was ridiculous. Both times, I got there 20 minutes before close. I get off work late, and I don’t want to cook when I get home, so I stop by to get something small. The first time I pulled up, nobody greeted me. I said hello two or three times and still no answer. So I drove away, and as soon as I was leaving, I saw the worker leaving and getting in a vehicle, and the store was not even closed yet. The second time, which was on 6/2/25 I pull up in the Drive-Thru and the guy said, just so you know we are taking credit cards only. I was wanting to use cash I did not have enough money to use my card. I said never mind this is ridiculous I drove away and went to Wendy’s next door. This store needs better customer service!
7/13/25 My husband and I went in at 9pm and ordered fries & sandwiches for dine-in. We ate all of our fries, and my husband ate a roast beef sandwich, and we took the rest of the sandwiches home. At 10:50pm I started to eat my chicken cordon bleu sandwich. As I was eating it, I noticed the chicken was so dry, the cheese was like rubber and had paper stuck to it. I called the store to let them know about it. I will be getting a replacement in the morning. I’m seriously getting to the point where I’m going to stop going to this restaurant!

Arbys. We Have The Meats…. except they didn’t. Don’t get Arby’s often but we went today to get a couple beef and cheddars and they told us they were out. Now despite the fact that Arby’s being out of roast beef is like a gas station with no gas this is one of the slowest Arby’s I’ve ever lived near so this shows a complete lack of management. I’m reminded why I don’t go to arbys anymore, the value isn’t there and when I don’t mind them taking my money they don’t even have the meats.

Decided to go there to try the Waygu burger. DONT DO IT, was undercooked, way over sauce, and bun was the chewiest piece of bread I have ever had. Fries were okay. Service was good. Took food from and wasn’t going back for a refund. I rather eat a quarter pounder from McDonald’s and I past two of the to get to the Broad St Arby’s. I don’t like McDonald’s at all.

We’ve always had a good experience there. It’s quiet inside and workers are polite. Sometimes people are in training but all in all seems like they do pretty good in the fast food industry with variety and atmosphere. I enjoy the half pound beef and wife likes the chicken/ranch wrap. Keep up the good work!

Ordered the new wagyu burger at lunch with 2 other orders, get back to eat it and mine wasn’t in the bag. Called, spoke to Adriana who said come back and get it, she agreed to after work. Go back and wife also ordered, get to window & said they gave our order & my burger to someone else so please pull forward. Burgers come out, made sure there were 2 burgers. Get home and both were raw as hell. Your team sucks including the guy i returned it too. Sorry Adriana and Karen but they work for u. Will never be back. Zero Stars. Look at pic it’s not medium well slight pink center but medium rare more like rare.

I didn’t really experience the atmosphere of the restaurant I did online order went in and picked it up everything I asked for was in the bag why I gave service a 4 star. I gave the food 2 stars because the hottest food item in my bag were the cookies I ordered the roast beef sliders were not only cold but the meat was barely on the bun. The curly fries were cold and hard and tasted like either they were old or cooked in old cooking oil, the mozzarella sticks were better than anything else except for the cookies which like I said were the warmest items in my bag. That being said I came straight there to pick up up my food.less than a 5 min drive. I also work at fast food restaurant and with that being said I would expect the food to be a warmer temperature the meat to be on the bread, and the fries to be fresher not cold and hard and tasting old very disappointed.
