This is the second time I’ve tried the drive through at 7PM to be told they were already closed but online says they are open. At first there were only two staff members working and they were not going to allow us to dine in but they changed their minds. Service was a bit slow with only two staff working. Two more came in at some point. They became quite busy while there. The lady working the front counter was kind and apologize frequently but they were working as quickly as possible. The food was good and fresh. We had a party of six.

This store is generally bad, but today takes the cake. Only the manager and one other person working. Order was placed at 12:07 and wasn’t ready until 12:24pm. Customers coming to drive-thru while I waited got their orders before me. This store redefines the term ‘fast food.’ The beverage area needed to be cleaned. The little trash bin was over flowing. With this being said, the food was very good. Kudos to the kid on the grill!

The service is horrible it took 15 minutes to get a sausage platter and a double mushroom burger then I get the order and hash browns r cold and old and only had a single then was told they could add a piece of meat and I started why would I do that when my single is cold already and the lady in charge made a big deal out of the situation after my husband stated he wanted his money back b/c I (his wife) had already finished her meal, I also saw a man wait 10 minutes at the counter for jelly SAD

Placed a mobile order to be ready by 745p. Been in the drive thru since 736 p and still stuck here. Asked to pull forward it’ll just be a couple minutes. STILL no food. Just a burger and dessert no modifications. Shouldn’t take over a half hour. Why am I still waiting at 805p?!

The manager got my order wrong and blamed it on the staff. I was upset. Told him that this is why the restaurant looked like it was going out if business. He agreed with me. Nice to know that the staff has so little faith.
I do not know how many times I asked for a large fry and that I wanted them fresh. I got a stale small fry. Then he wanted me to bring them from home so he could replace them. He could not just put me on a list. Made sure I knew I was being recorded. I will never eat at Hardees again.

First and foremost, when you answer your phones over there at that store.Don’t say hey try starting with the store name it’s pretty pathetic. Ordered food from there tonight and the hamburger that I got was so shok and wet and ketchup.It fell apart when you picked it up.It’s absolutely disgusting. Lakely needs to get their crap together.
