They messed up my order so I had to drive back. They agreed but then charged me more money to correct the order. I didn’t even mention getting the wrong size fry. I understand mistakes are made but I don’t understand why I had to drive back to pay to correct their mistake. Bad management and training.

Went thru drive thru and ordered 3 items. Then I’m asked to pull forward which is incidentally to make corporate think your service time is better than it it is. Then the food comes out cold and half full. I asked the boy if the sauces are in the bag and he tells me he doesn’t care and walks away. First off your service time sucks. I shouldn’t have to pull forward to lie for you. Secondly you help is rude and arrogant and third your food for having to wait for it was cold, substandard and aweful.

Went thru drive thru. Was asked to pull forward and wait. One kids meal was wrong . My adult reg meal,1 half of sandwich had meat on it and the other didn’t have much. Very little sourkraut. Won’t buy that again. Seems this is the way all the restaurants are in this area, except McDonald’s. Your link goes to nothing, so this was no help.

Staff took 5 minutes to take our order as they were messing around in the back. Forgot half of our food and tried to argue with us saying we didn’t order it, very rude staff. When we did receive the other food, the sandwiches were dry. Would not recommend.

Always check your bag. They are not good about giving you the sauces even if it’s supposed to come with it. Never get a napkin. It’s like the employees pay for the sauces and napkins. 5/5/23 I had the same problem today. Asked specifically for sauces and napkins. I was told it’s all in the bag. It’s not in the bag.
